I was running into work so I popped in the drive through to grab an original chicken sandwich. Came out without mayonnaise and was super dry. It was a waste of $6.00. I don’t eat at burger King very much and will think twice about going again. I think gas station food would have been better.

I came inside but it was gross looking and crowded so i decided to download the app, order (by itself that takes like 10 minutes) wait for them to “make it” and then go to pick it up the useless fat karen tells me they dont work with online orders like??????? how??? said to ask the company that i ordered with im like what do you mean it is BURGER KING! So i ordered food normally and then went to pay they did not take apple pay. She had not wven started making my food and i left with nothing more than about 40 minutes of my time absolutely wasted.

WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone even noticed, some super mean grumpy old lady took our order wrong, asked for two value fries charged us for a small and a value fry and when our food came out there was only one value fry. When we went up to ask about the issue the lady was apparently super annoyed that we even brought this to her attention. They also forgot our sauces and made a big deal to check our receipt before giving them to us. We saw several people waiting a long time to be approached by the grumpy lady. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

When they are open food is pretty good. Problem is they have staffing issues and are hit or miss for being open. Get it together BK, you are in a truck stop you need to be open as per your posted hours. Mangers can run the restaurant not just employees!
