Not the best experience. Cashier that took the order wasn’t on his A game. I felt like I couldn’t dine in. Lol I still did. The food was good. A little on the pink side, but we had just finished a few hours at the junk yard near by and we were starving.

This restaurant is to be congratulated! I’ve been eating the sandwiches for the last few weeks, and it’s very perfect, I don’t know what’s better! The bread, the very fresh vegetables, the sauce or the burger! The potatoes are very dry, I mean there is no dripping olive oil. It’s all good, these fries and the best “Burger King” in the state of Utah or the USA you can believe.

My husband rarely complaints or gives pros to the restaurants, yesterday he went in the morning for some burgers and breakfast sandwiches. He said the morning cook are doing their job meat was delicious and looked just like they advertise on tv. Wife came home with our burgers and mine looked as if was dropped in a pool of grease, it ‘s wrapper was dripping with cooking oil as was the Cheese Burger…..both medium orders of fries were hard and dried out…..we’ve always had good food from this Burger King what’s happening…???

I swear this Burger King is cursed. I’ve only ordered about three times in the past three years and they always manage to mess something up in the order no matter how small it may be. On one occasion I only ordered two shakes, a vanilla and a chocolate oreo, they gave me a regular oreo shake. Today I ordered through the mobile app (I find this to be more precise since there isn’t the possibility of anyone not understanding me correctly through the drive thru) two small combos and the drinks for them were powerades. I rarely give out 1 star reviews, but this place has earned it. We have gone a couple times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nope. Each time we have gone it has taken over 20 minutes to get our food. I actually ran a timer the second time we went. 22 minutes and 43 seconds from the time we ordered to when we had the (incorrect) order in our hands.Two burgers and a large fries should not take 20 minutes to make. Not only does the food take a ridiculously long time to get out, it’s consistently wrong. Apparently ‘no onions’ means ‘add onions then remove everything else from the burger’. No tomato, no bacon, no lettuce… Just a bun, meat, and disappointment. Supposedly this place is brand new and it’s already filthy. The drive-thru window is even disgusting. Whoever is paying for all the landscaping outside needs to put some money in employees that can actually follow directions instead of children that would rather flirt and play than do their jobs. I love Burger King burgers, but this place gives the entire franchise and the city of Magna a bad name. So disappointing.

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever ate at. It’s new so the fryer makes the best jalapeno peppers. Everything we got from there tasted really fresh and I’m just amazed. Never had that good of Burger King. I reccomend to anyone.
