Arrived at the drive thru at 1029am ordered 4 double cheese burgers. Tell me why they werent even hot when we were the 1st in line for lunch. If im paying for service from a business id expect it to be top notice that why im paying my hard earned money there.
I also had other horrible experience here with rude staff in the drive thru when having an issue with an order placed through the app. The other McDonald’s on the other side of town i haven’t had problems with.

Friday night I went through drive thru and encountered and employee that I assume was new in drive thru. She was struggling with my order but I was patient. A manager I can only assume he was proceeded to get on the speaker and rudely try to correct me about my order. I was nice and didn’t respond. I then get to the window and the lady says I thought you were a teenager. Excuse me? I got to the next window to get my food and rudely had my food shoved at me. I had to catch my shake so it didn’t drop. If your workers hate their job that much maybe they should get new ones because the constant nasty attitudes when people come through drive thru get old!

Most of the employees here are great. They are very kind and understanding, but there is one night time manager who is consistently high out of her mind every time I come in. She looks like she’s about to pass out at any moment. She’s also always yelling at her employees. No other manager I’ve seen here treats their employees like this. She needs to go.
