On two separate occasions I have ordered an impossible burger and I have been served beef. They didn’t give me a receipt which makes it difficult to file a specific complaint. If avoiding beef for any reason, don’t come here. It’s incredible disrespectful to knowingly serve beef to someone requesting a plant based version.

Congratulations! You almost killed me by ruining my order. My and my buddy stopped by and ordered 2 wrappers, both no veggies, mine was supposed to be ketchup, mustard, pickles, bacon and cheese, no mayo. My buddy ordered his with mayo and ketchup, no pickle. We got two totally wrong burgers and. I ordered mine without mayo because I am literally deathly allergic. Mine had mayo, no mustard, no pickle, no ketchup. I will never come here again

Went here to get a whopper, it was really good, the only complaint I really have about this place is my drink has coke spilled all down the side and the kid at the drive through didn’t wipe it off without me saying something about it first.
