How difficult is it to get what you ordered ??? According to this place is impossible.
If I order a two double whopper with cheese meals and you charge me for a double whopper with cheese meals I expect to get a double whopper with cheese,in my meal and not a single with a busted pattie on half not the first time it happens either , So my whoppers didn’t bring my 2nd pattie but they didn’t forget to include a extra long hair in it gross …this place can close their doors and nobody would miss It , Never going back disgusting.

Great experience at this location today! Food was hot and fresh and the girl in the window offered me a CROWN! What a great way to make someone smile 🙂

probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever tasted — why are the croissants soggy and wet? there isn’t any sort of sauce on these. the bacon isn’t cooked enough and is limp and soggy as well
the hash browns were completely soaked in grease/oil. as you can see from them soaking through the bag. Absolutely disgusting.

Easy to get to. Lots of parking spaces, decent drive thru space. Inside is usually pretty clean. Food has always been warm to hot and fries fresh. Some of the employees are nice and some seem a bit disgruntled and are unpleasant. Rarely have I had an issues with orders being correct.

The health dept needs to shut this place down. We usually eat at the Burger King across town and its been good. We made the mistake of stopping at this one today. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 soft drinks at the drive through. First sip of a coke and it was horrible. Tasted like cleaning fluid smells. One bite of the sandwich and I almost gagged. Cheese was rancid.There were 2 of us and we both had the same experience. I took the food back into the restaurant and demanded my money back. Clerk broght me 2 new drinks. I took a sip and experienced the same horrible taste. I told the clerk to try it and he refused. They refused a refund. As I left the store, I noticed other people who were in line leaving and going to Wendy‘s across the street. Stay away from this place.

Kyron took our order and kept cutting us off. If he would’ve stopped saying “what else” he would’ve heard that we wanted a burger with a lettuce wrap instead a bun. But instead we got 4 of 6 sandwiches wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid this poor maintenanced location

The employee seemed annoyed by my simple questions about cup size and receipt. I’ve always ordered regular size combos before which are 20 oz cups. The employee claims Medium is regular size. I have been to this location multiple times and this is the first time it happens. I’ve done my research and Medium size is not a regular size. Also, my French fries were cold and super salty. When I asked for my receipt, I was asked if I wanted a Crown too in very sarcastic tone. This is the first time in my life that I’ve been offered a crown in any BK. I understand it is part of the job but never in my life was I ever offered a crown before. I will never buy in this location again which is a shame. I like BK a lot but I rather buy my food at the Starbucks next door with a super friendly staff.
