I wasn’t sure what to have for breakfast, but then I decided to use an offer that you can find in the BK app. I walked into the store. There were no customers inside and nobody in the drive-through. I made my way to the front order area. the manager is on her phone yapping right in front of me after waiting for about 6 to 8 minutes while she just kept talking She walked away from me to take an order from the drive-through and just left me standing there in All, about a minute later and employ who I guess was on their lunch break walked in and asked if she could take my order. Her name was Leanne. She is amazing. The manager on the other hand, took the order from the drive-through. I placed my order and was waiting for it to be done as I saw my tray sitting by the prep area. The manager kept grabbing food off my tray to give to the Drive Thru. This is highly unorthodox. This manager must be fired. There is no way to run a business. I should know as I am also a small business owner, all I wanted was a simple breakfast. I never got a good morning or a welcome to their establishment as I waited for my food. They served four cars in the drive-through before I ever got mine. This is the location near Montwood and Lee Trevino. Something needs to be done. Hopefully management above her will take care and do what is proper. This is a nice location. The inside is very clean, but I do not think I will ever be coming back.. by the way, after receiving my order, another customer came in and got serviced right away. Is it because I don’t speak Spanish don’t I live in the United States of America that shouldn’t have to be an issue and this upsets me very very much especially me being a veteran.

Thos morning around 7 am I placed an order 15 minutes before heading to Burger King on my way to work. My order was 1 croissant.
Bacon egg and cheese along with medium hash browns a very simple order nothing to drink.
I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready the purpose of a mobile order is to have customers order ready to grab & go by the time customers arrive to the restaurant & not have to wait I Think burger, king and all other restaurants that offer mobile orders should have a line just for mobile orders if that’s not possible, then come up with a better plan for customers with mobile orders not have to wait ten minutes or more.Mobile orders should be

horrible food and horrible service. We were waiting for a long time just to even order, and they were so impatient with us. Not to mention how terrible the food was. the OCS was thrown together with brown lettuce, and the chicken fries were so hard, cold, and falling apart into crumbs. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location… you’re better off going to any other BK.

This location is ALWAYS a hit or miss. I hardly visit this location anymore for this reason. Most of the time the drive through staff sounds and looks like they reallydon’twant to be there. The burgers are usually barely even warm. And apparently it’s not that easy to put the cheese on the meat. I’ve let management know from previous visits and it was pretty pointless. This was yesterday’s food.

disgusted with the service and quality. Dine in was empty andnow I know why. Never again at this location atleast. Cheese was cold and supposedly the portion of bacon was correct but im sure it wasnt. I played the little game they have..I won by the way , and I was told I couldnt get anything for free.
