When you call for take out it says “DUE TO THE PANDEMIC & CHANGES TO OUR BUSINESS WE ARE ENCOURAGING OUR CUSTOMERS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE FOR FASTER SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET YOU CAN REMAIN ON THE LINE & A STAFF MEMBER WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER SHORTLY.” You then WILL NOT GET AN ANSWER NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU WAIT! I’ve tried this at least 5 times in the last 6 months, waste my time and then end up doing take out somewhere else. It’s screams laziness and if they don’t care enough about the customer to pick up the phone or owner doesn’t care enough to change the pandemic recording from years ago I doubt they care about the food and cleanliness!
Another thing I’ve noticed is the menu. They used to offer flexibility with the wings, but now you can only choose two flavors for either the 30-piece or 50-piece wings. Yet, you can’t order 40 wings, even though that would make sense for majority of Tifton, It feels like a cash grab, pushing customers to buy the 50-piece because that’s what they’re really after. I also remember when Fred ran the place—he was more generous with the # of flavors and lots of other things Now, it just feels like everything is done with as little effort as possible, and it’s all about control, cash rather than customer satisfaction.
It’s frustrating to see a place that used to be bussin’ become so lazy with the basics. If the owner would take the time to listen to feedback, change the outdated recordings, and reconsider some of the menu restrictions, they could easily double their profits. It’s a shame, because Wing Addiction used to be my go-to spot, but at this point, I’m looking elsewhere and I am not the only one. I love my community, but this place needs to be reevaluated and restored 100% from attitudes to prices to menu to ordering online, I mean everything 100% needs to be restored.

This place used to be great, a good place to go for a game or just great bar food. It’s a shallow reflection of itself now, all staff look depressed and completely clocked out. They couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, and don’t get me started on wait time for a to go. We were told to come in 30 mins after placing our order and we arrived on time… only to wait 1 MORE HOUR for 20 wings! This place is so washed. Save your money and get wings from any other place in Tifton, Wing Addiction will only waste your time and test your patience!

Love coming here to eat. Lemon Pepper delight are my go to wing flavor. Wings are cooked to perfection always try to go ahead of time or order on the phone because they do take some time to have food ready die to it being fresh. But food is definitely worth the wait.

I normally don’t do reviews but because I really enjoy WA I would like to say I am very disappointed in how it has became. The food quality is horrible. I could’ve asked for a refund but because I really like the staff, I didn’t. I ordered a 10 piece hot lemon pepper with chili cheese fries it was horrible. Y’all put so much lemon pepper on the wings I couldn’t even taste the buffalo the chili cheese fries looked and tasted horrible! Y’all used to put love in the food now it’s all about a dollar seems like it Presentation really matters !

Love this place and the employees, it’s my hometown wing spot. Their custom flavors are out of this world. If you haven’t tried them they deserve a chance, I promise it’ll be worth it.

5/28 This was the nastiest food I have ever had. The attitudes of the staff and the owner were poor, the okra was nasty and dry, the fries were raw, and how you can manage to not fully cook a hot dog is… I don’t even know, weird! The only this that was ok were the wings, anything else is a deff no!!! And how are you training a new employee on her second day and you are sitting down eating food while she is struggling. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Today we came in and sat down to eat everything was delicious, hamburgers wings and fries. Total turn around, staff was great!! This restaurant is a 10/10, and I greatly appreciate the service!!! Looking forward to making this a regular stop when in Tifton!

Today we came in and sat down to eat everything was delicious, hamburgers wings and fries. Total turn around, staff was great!! This restaurant is a 10/10, and I greatly appreciate the service!!! Looking forward to making this a regular stop when in Tifton!

Got 30wings. 15 Ranch rub and 15 parm rub. Those two dryrub flavors were GREAT.
The wings are smaller wings, not big ones. Our particular order of wings, they were CRISPY. Didn’t really want to send them back but they were eatable. The place is kind of oddly set up. We walked in, no real apparent directions on self seat, wait to be seated, no hostes, kind of like, what ya do? We finally went to the counter and started our order and he told us we could go sit down. They have all the basic flavors we all know but they also have some in house special sauces/flavors for the wings. I would suggest explaining those sauces on the menu so people had an idea of what those are. The server was nice. We’ll be back again to see what round 2 is like.

Very clean inside the restaurant. But the food was no where up to par will not be back. The chicken wings and tenders were OVERCOOKED to the point of the chicken was sharp because it was so dry. Flavorless for some dry lemon pepper tenders and ranch wings, and the onion rings were soggy and flavorless and onions were crunchy still. And the mozzarella sticks tasted like it came from the dollar tree. $40 with a tip the food wasn’t worth it at all, service was good but the food was nasty. The Lemonade was the only thing that was good.
