If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The slowest, sloppiest spot I’ve ever been to. We went through and got one kids meal. Instead of pulling the car in front of us to the side with their, apparent, very large order, we waited 20 minutes for ONE kids meal. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely terrible! And the employees are rude as all get out. Someone needs to do some firing and hiring.

This place is so horrible,went to get food last night, at 8:15 they were closed, but yet all the employees were just standing there running up the clock. Cooperate should pay more attention to what the workers are doing. They are costing them money and time. Shame on the employees

Ok I see that you have sign on the drive thru states that you are closing at 8pm now (wow) but is 7:40 to late to order ???? If the cut of time is 7:30 or 7:45, then that’s what the sign should read. If you don’t want my money then don’t take my order and still drove off at 7:55 with a mashed up bag of burnt Texas ultimate whoppers. This is not what we have received before dried up small patties and all of the fixings smeared everywhere. The person behind us tried to order at 7:45 and was not allowed to order. Then we heard (I’m guessing the manager) yelling at employees to not take any more orders.

Cheese tots you only get 4 over cooked and cold! They are hard and gross. Messy burger – ordered a single gave me a double. It was actually good but disappointed with my experience.

Clerk enquired if I realized my Impossible Burger was plant based. That’s why I ordered it. Am a vegetarian. Asked mgr who said she didn’t eat them and said customers sometimes changed their orders when alerted. Burger King has good veggie burgers. Try them.

I just went by and order a large order of fries and they literally dipped my large fries in salt deeply where the fries were majorly salty and unable to eat! This place needs a lot of firing and rehiring or just completely shut down!
