I was just passing through and decided to stop in for a snack when I was greeted by a ray of sunshine named Pertinia (sp?)! She was so friendly, helpful, and kind! She absolutely made my day!! App is always glitching so can’t order on it the menu on the drive thru not working i get off to order in person face to face only for my order to still be wrong! It took a total of two employees to take my order that should’ve been the last red flag and took my money else where . If you are ordering food here make sure your ypur is correct before leaving!

Don’t make a mobile orders unless you are at the store they will not accommodate you if they do it’s “courtesy” I am also a manager in fast food it sucks when a customer comes late but you don’t give them old cold food they are paying customers. Been going here for years staff always nice and friendly. Today was a bad experience guys head out the window no training gave my food away didn’t say sorry laughed about it. The so called manger didn’t say sorry took the money they say I didn’t pay it was a hot mess didn’t want to give me any napkins she said I got my food by then I was on ten . Called ask to speak to another manger she was the general manager. She was the general clown along with the crew.

Two double cheeseburgers and a med fries were all good!
Also, Mitzi, who gave us our food was so nice, cheerful & very energetic! We pleasantly spoke for a minute & she told us her stepdaughter was coming in for the weekend & she was looking forward to her arrival! Hope they had a fun time together!

Ok I see that you have sign on the drive thru states that you are closing at 8pm now (wow) but is 7:40 to late to order ???? If the cut of time is 7:30 or 7:45, then that’s what the sign should read. If you don’t want my money then don’t take my order and still drove off at 7:55 with a mashed up bag of burnt Texas ultimate whoppers. This is not what we have received before dried up small patties and all of the fixings smeared everywhere. The person behind us tried to order at 7:45 and was not allowed to order. Then we heard (I’m guessing the manager) yelling at employees to not take any more orders.
