This is the 2nd day in a row I come and they dont answer drive thru. I was in drive thru and I could see the employee hiding in the back and not coming to the window or taking orders. Then I call and they dont answer either. There was no signs posted anywhere and the employee couldnt even come to the window and tell me why they werent answering the phone or taking orders.

We had put in an online order for 5 people. When we got there they hadn’t even started on the food which wasn’t a big deal. The problem was that it took nearly 40 minutes for the food to actually get in our hands, as they were bagging it up said “oh, we’re out of pickles I hope that’s ok” instead of informing us before. One plus to the long wait was that they have a separate room with an interactive screen and games for the kids so they at least didn’t mind the long wait. 2 of the 5 burgers were cold even though they were “just made”.

I visited this location and arrived when there were no other cars in the drive-thru. I waited patiently at the ordering speaker for a few minutes. Another vehicle pulled into the second lane after me, and their order was taken immediately, even though I had been there first. When my order was finally taken, I politely mentioned that I had arrived before the other vehicle, but the only response I got was, “Oh, I’m sorry,” with no real acknowledgment or effort to make it right.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it felt frustrating to be overlooked, especially after waiting patiently. A bit more attention to the order of service and a more thoughtful response would have gone a long way. Just wanted to share my experience — hopefully it helps improve things moving forward.

The workers were nice but the time to get your food is horrible, you will be waiting for 30 minutes plus for your order which is kind of ridiculous. I understand if it’s busy and you’re short staffed but this did not seem to be the issue, maybe a lack of actual motivation and carelessness in the whole work area. I placed an online order at 11:40 am and arrived at 12, did not leave until 12:35. Waited a whole 35 minutes for a number 1 and kids meal, which was upsetting. Like I mentioned the workers were nice but they are lacking big time overall for work performance, two people behind me were also visibly upset because of the insane wait time.

I never leave reviews. This is my first one ever. This Burger King is straight up trash. Took forever to get food & when it finally was ready the fries were cold and stale. Bread was burnt. People were nice but they got my order wrong as well. There is more but I’ll spare yall.

It’s part of a truck stop so not quiet if u want a quiet meal. Foods ok. Occasionally one speaker doesn’t work so you have to back up and move to next one. Stay on the inside.

We ordered online, in advance. They forgot the fries and onion ring, and the shake was the wrong size. We ask for the fries and onion rings, and they STILL forgot a fry, and the onion ring was the wrong size. We just left after getting the last fry. It wasn’t worth the hassle of getting the correct shake and onion ring size… How do you mess up an (online) order that bad? You just have to read the screen.
