Kind of old inside. Service was good and food was hot. They did get my unusual order correct. Dirty floors and drink area. Tables and seating area was clean. If you’re coming with kids, be aware the kids play area was closed.

I walked in to the restaurant, the boy working the window looked at me but did not acknowledge me. The lobby was empty, dirty and not one customer. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. Finally the cook came out and saw me standing at the counter. Ho told a lady that was out of my sight that she had a customer. She said something to the cook in Spanish. I waited another 3 minutes. Since no one helped me I left. Luckily I spared a truck driver and a family of 6 of bad customer service. I told them about my experience and they promptly left.

My husband daughter and I just went through the drive through around noon and was given an attitude for asking them to change the menu to the lunch menu. The woman on the speaker was so incredibly rude when my husband who has diverticulitis asked for a bun with no seeds (which they have). She said she wouldn’t substitute it so he kindly said ok and changed his item. She then grunted out of anger for him changing the item and continued giving us attitude. At this point we left as we couldn’t even get through our order dealing with her and wouldn’t trust a business to make my food after that type of rudeness.

This location is always broke down one way or another. I have gift cards and their machine is never working. The drive thru menu screen is broken now too! Cold fries and a melted chocolate shake, and I fall for it every time. The burgers are tiny as well. This is just ridiculous! No Burger King, this is Burger Broke Down

Rude rude rude rude you try and be nice and kindly let them know they made a mistake on your order and the rude manager lady comes gun blazing telling me the customer it’s my fault that I made the mistake not her very aggressive rude and used aggressive language towards me and then threatens to call the police because I wanted my food corrected for there mistake SMH what is the world coming to you can’t even tell anyone when they make a mistake and on top of that asked for her name she refused you work at a public place you should be wearing a name tag and learn some manners Burger King do better on your hiring next time.
