It was a very disappointing first visit to this location and will never return again. I asked if anyone was at the speaker and the representative rudely said wait and let me take care of this customer first after waiting there over 8 minutes before speaking up. I had a huge order to put in and chose to drive away and take my business to a company that does not speak to customers that way.

I gave three stars because I pass this site for over 2 months at night at first I thought it was closed frequently passing it at night for about more 3months. It closes at 12 a.m which shows online. The lights are off for the Burger King sign , the menu display, you cannot see it the only thing this lit up is the order taker screen. At night time be sure to bring a flashlight .Also be aware of your surroundings because there is a high tall grassy field on one side. The lights are not on I repeat around this restaurant at night and that is a safety hazard. So if you think it is closed it’s not, they just don’t want to turn the lights to the right setting for the timers. So your best option is to go to Burger King in Kyle not Buda at night.

Worst experience at a Burger King. No wonder they are completely empty at prime lunch time. Attempted to order a double cheeseburger kids meal for 3 of my kids. They refused to allow it because “something is wrong on the computer and they can’t input kids double cheeseburger”. They told me I had to order a regular cheeseburger kids meal, which isn’t enough food to feed my kids. They refused to just make them a double cheeseburger, but add a fake charge to the meal to adjust for the cost difference. I was offering to pay the difference but heaven forbid they think outside the box and try to prevent losing customers. We walked out. Disgraceful management and terrible customer service. Again, no wonder they were completely EMPTY at lunchtime. We are a family of 7, so maybe they just wanted to keep being lazy without customers but still get paid?!
