Today, Oct 25th, got this stores online deal pizza. Picked up, ready and hot. As I was there, saw at least two ppl in training. After returning home,picked up the first piece of pie cut pizza, and several toppings rolled off. Weird, but but in. Withing a couple bites, it was clear, no cheese! No wonder the toppings were rolling off. I looked closely and didn’t see any cheese. Called the store, talked to management ” nobody has ordered without cheese. You ordered so many toppings”. What, that has nothing to do with my paying for a pizza that doesn’t have cheese. No offer to make the mistake right. Bad business!

The pizzas look so good on TV so we went for the two large two toppings for $7 each and they were unimpressive. Too much sauce not enough cheese and don’t like the tangy flavor of the tomato sauce. Won’t be getting from here again.

I work as an apartment maintenance tech (floater). Everytime I come to work this area and ordered here. My food has been cooked good but today I ordered a Large Pizza Special for $9.99 with unlimited topping and crust. Let me tell you that it was cooked with Love, I mean that pizza was fire! I got BBQ Sauce, Italian Sausage, Bacon, Jalapenos, Green Peppers, Pineapple and hand tossed! I went to culinary and it was the best Pizza by far that I had in the state of Washington.

Too many bad orders delivered. Last two orders were dropped. The order before that never got corrected at all, this order for corrected yet was still wrong because they delivered 4 different pizzas from what was ordered in the first place.

Just all bad got delivery the pizza came completely smushed and they delivery driver wouldn’t leave until I tipped him (when I tried explaining I tipped through the app) I tried to call and get my order corrected and fixed and no one ever answered the phone I called at least 35 times to no avail. They missed and item I ordered as well as the dipping sauces! If you have the choice go to a different dominos or maybe a Pizza Hut or little Caesar’s as I will never order from here again because this is insane.

How are you all still in business? Cold food… my pizza was “quality checked” (pizza wasn’t even cut through and one slice was just a giant burnt bubble, nice job Shawntae) at 8:11 pm and sat there for 30 mins. Shawn began delivering my pizza at 8:45 pm but decided that stopping by the weed shop first was wayyyy more a priority than bringing me my order. I was on my way down to my car to go remind him he still had my pizza when he showed up at 9:05 pm (estimated time for driver to arrive was 4 mins, we’re next to Swedish). When I told him I was actually just on my way to the weed shop to grab my pizza from him he replied “We’re you really?? Huh.”
No apologies, no sorry for the delay.
This is now the 4th time you guys have ruined dinner for us. I’ve been avoiding ordering from this location specifically because of how bad EVERY experience has been her. I get it… it’s a pizza job. But like, maybe y’all should consider different paths in life because this isn’t the one for you.

So I’ve tried to call this location several times today because I made an order and in the past I’ve had trouble with my orders they brought me a pork pizza and I do not eat pork which is pepperoni and I asked for a cheese pizza today. I’m trying to call to make sure that my order is correct and that it’s only half vegetable and half cheese And every time I call it’s a busy signal

We ordered a pretty basic pizza I personally feel like just with a two liter and parm bites. The parm bites were absolutely dry. The pizza crust did not taste good at all. The pizza itself wasn’t it. 8 slices and we only ate like 2-4 pieces of pizza because it was gross.
HOWEVER one thing I can say is Monte was great! He’s a great delivery driver and deserves props for being so nice upon delivery. At least they got one thing right. The food deserves 0 stars but I gave 2 because of him.
