This Burger King needs to close down. Honestly the staff is not great. What is this getting a burger with the buns moist soggy these are not even the regular buns for a regular Burger. had to wait a long time in line kept getting told was just waiting on one burger. This is disgusting honestly just Close the store down. If the actual owner of Burger King or store manager or whatever would you want to eat a burger like this all soggy and nasty? I don’t think you would Been trying to call back to the store to get a refund. I am unable to go because of work, but they don’t seem to answer because they know the things they’ve been doing wrong .

Expect long wait time in drive thru. I have gone a few times to this location and employees apparently have a hard time listening when customers are ordering. I went today and it’s still not fixed. The employee told me they didn’t have spicy chicken sandwiches then at the end said they did, so I ordered it. The employee in the drive thru was rude. Once we arrived home, my son saw the chicken in the sandwich was undercooked. This is why I’ll stick to the shary locations.

Shoutout to the young girl that took my order, she’s always been very patient and kind. As for the old lady manager, it’s the complete opposite. The manager is always yelling and she has a bad attitude and bad vibe to her. Today, we ordered 2 specific whopper combos and some jalapeño bites. The jalapeño bites were cold each occasion I brought them back to get remade. Not so sure what’s up with the cooks, but today was definitely not it. The burgers were a bit stale and not too fresh, the fries were hot but the oil was horrible. You could tell they haven’t changed the oil in a while. Jalapeño bites were cold and not even fresh, they got my burger wrong 3 times. The worst thing above all was that I couldn’t even get a refund for the trash experience here. I suggest if you want to eat Burger King, go to another location not this one. If you want a good burger, try Ranch House burgers close by you’ll get better food for your money and better service.

Do not come eat at this Burger King!!! Came to dine in with my daughter and my boyfriend and waited 30min for our order then a lady comes up to us and tells us what was our order because they accidentally took ours off the computer. On top of that they gave us our food cold and my boyfriend’s burger wasn’t even cooked all the way and whenever he took it back they were laughing so we asked for a refund for our entire order and the assistant manager had the audacity to have an attitude. They were messing up everyone’s orders and were being very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

I went here with my grandma after church. I ordered a different thing from my grandma and they get my order wrong. I was too shy to say anything so my grandma said something. I don’t blame the workers I’m sure there’s only a few people working and they can’t handle the stress with just minimal workers. Other than that the food is 10/10 no complains

This was the worst experience I’ve had at Burger King. The employees where trying their best at a busy time and I didn’t mide waiting. But the employee alerjadra (maybe the manager) was very rude not only to me and the rest of the customers but the other employees as well.

Went by thru their drive thru and ordered a Bacon King. When I arrived home and sat down to enjoy my meal, I was about 3 bites into my burger when I realized it had no bacon on it. Made several attempts to call the location to voice my dissatisfaction but could not get through. Phone just kept ringing.

Went to Burger King and they took forever to take my order !! Took about 2 hrs to order, there was a long line. And as soon as I was at the window the workers and manager were just giggling and laughing the whole time. Not doing anything just standing there. Really bad service !! Never going there anymore. They would just take orders from the customers inside and not from the drive thru. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

Randomly was craving Burger King and was disappointed with the food. The biggest thing was the fries. The fries were covered in dirty oil, cold, and no salt. The only seasoning was from the dirty oil.
Then the burgers were not even made properly with the instructions that were given.
