Quality is very important at Crust, so there are some things we do differently that set us apart. All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Our dough is made fresh in house at each location multiple times throughout the day.

This is the pizza we received on a Saturday night. We did a carry out and when we got to the truck to open the box this is what was inside. I went back in to show the cashier and to tell her to tell the cooks to be more careful with their pizzas because this was ridiculous. I told her we are still going to eat it because we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a new pizza. They didn’t care of course. But we were pretty disappointed to pay $17 for a melted greasy mess. The only reason I didn’t ask for a new pizza was because this was supposed to be a easy dinner after a long day and after my husband worked a 12 hour shift he didn’t want to wait for a new one. I’m not sure if my experience would be different if we dined there during the day but everytime I have gotten food from this place at night it’s greasy and I’m just not impressed. So just make sure you check your pizzas before walking out of there when you do a carry out. I will not be ordering food from there again

We love Crust and have been looking forward to visiting this location since we recently moved to this side of town. It is so cozy and clean inside! Immaculate vibes. The pizza was so perfectly and beautifully assembled it could be framed and hung in a museum. They have a high school kid named Daniel absolutely rocking the front of house duties. At our previous Crust there were often lots of unoccupied tables that needed to be bussed but not here! Everything was immediately cleaned and ready for seating. Can’t wait to return.

Our daughter went a few doors down to get ramen so we stopped in to get pizza to go.
Orders are made fresh and they are very nice. The lady said it would be 20 mins but it was ready before that.
Restaurant is clean and well taken care of. We got our drinks and just sat and chatted while we waited for our delicious pizza and garlic knots. The knots were a huge order!

Food was super great! We got the Hawaiian pizza, a Cesar salad, chicken Parmesan, ice cream brownie, and the cinnamon sticks. Service was great, the owner and the girl at the cash register were super sweet and welcoming. Atmosphere and music are calm and settle. Would 10/10 recommend

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Harper’s Preserve location and usually love supporting this community pizza spot. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing. I placed a call-in order and requested vegan cheese due to a severe allergy. When I arrived, I politely asked the cashier (Chloe) to double-check with the kitchen staff to confirm that vegan cheese had been used, something I always do as a precaution. Instead of simply verifying, she responded in an extremely dismissive tone, saying that she “was having a bad day” and that I could “take the pizza or leave it.”
I explained that importance of the allergy, and that I was just being careful because of my current pregnancy (I’m clearly 8 months pregnant), but she rolled her eyes, threw her hands up, and walked away. When I asked for management contact information, she refused to provide it and even told the back staff not to speak to me.
This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in customer service. I hope management addresses this immediately, as it reflects poorly on an establishment I’ve always liked and supported.

I met up with friends for dinner tonight at crust pizza. I had never been, so I didn’t know what to expect. Their menu was easy to read and had great options other than pizza. I got wings from their appetizer menu, a Greek side salad, and a soda. My total was over $20. The food was good, nothing to rave about. The service was slow although it wasn’t very busy. The music was loud so that was a bit annoying at times. Overall, the place was clean and food came out rather quickly.

The wait time was less then usual. The atmosphere is cool and lighting creates a vibe. Alfredo and Margarita pizza’s are the winners. I would not order BBQ pizza again unless you really love sweet sweet sauce. Too sweet to me. Staff is super nice and always around to help. They brought us ranch and garlic sauces, absolutely must to have at the table. Price is great! Very affordable for a family of 6 to come back
