I am retired military and I remember when Burger King first started to appear with AAFES. When I am on post I like spend some money on post, the money provides different services that benefits the service members and their families. Today I ordered the 2 ontre’s for $7.00, one a quarter pounder burger and the other a chicken sandwich. Both items tasted good, but the burger had no flavor as one would come to expect from Burger King, it has lost its appeal. I think the burger should look like the ones on the display.

Literally spent my entire lunch break waiting in the drive-through. Some cars took over 10 minutes to have their order taken. I’m only going here cause I don’t have time to go off base, and even that would’ve been faster now. Very dissatisfied we only asked for 3 small burgers with ketchup, mustard and onion. We got pickles and a little ketchup. Hold the pickles hold the lettuce special orders don’t upset us. They just don’t care. Even when they ser e the nastiest unsweet tea. You want your food made correctly, RIGHT.???

The young staff need work on customer service and knowing their menu. Drive through service couldn’t get my order right over the speaker. Though I figured it was the speaker. They told me they didn’t have an item. I asked if it was out of stock they said no they had it but they don’t do substitutions for fries in a combo meal. Cool. So I asked being they did have the item to add it to my order. Got to the window and the young lady made a comment to the guy at the window to make sure my orders right so I didn’t get even more upset. Disrespectful to say the least and lucky I didn’t have time to pack and walk in to say a few words to the young lady and her manager.

It is perfectly fine for what it is. It is a fast food place, expect service as such, expect mediocre but acceptable food quality. Wait times vary depending on the time of day but if you are truly rushed and going during peak times that other people are going for their lunch breaks expect some frustration. There are only so many fast food places on base. Personally I suggest going to the chow hall as you will get better quality food for less money. Go here during off peak hours.

There was hair in my food. Took it back they replaced my burger. On another occasion there was an ant in my drink just floating. I showed them. They gave me a different drink. Today I order an ice cream cone and asked for a cup of ice. There was a fly at the bottom of the cup. I’m not giving this place anymore chances. Please clean this restaurant. The inside always look clean. It’s the area where the food is that I’m concerned about.
