Stopped in for a quick lunch on our travels. The staff were super friendly. Food was slightly above average and the restaurant was clean enough, above average for fast food. First time we have eaten Burger King in like 5 years due to the ones were we live being 0 star locations. If this one was in my town I would eat here a few times a month. This place is really having a rough go of it. If you order cheese on something, you never get it unless you’re standing there watching. This time Ordered the mix and match two chicken sandwiches, with cheese. Tried to give me the coupon deal with the fries and I should have just taken it. Did I get the mix and match price, nope. After the sale was completed I’m like wait a minute, aren’t these on the mix and match? Guy says and I quote “sorry I forget about that all the time” something that was supposed to be two for $6 ended up to be $10.89.. fine whatever, I’m not that destitute… fast forward the chickens have to be made fresh, not a problem, starts wrapping them up and I’m like hey they’re supposed to be cheese on these, She says sorry he didn’t ring it up that way. I said I know it’s not your fault but since I was overcharged me $3 for these two sandwiches could you please put some cheese on them. Says yep not a problem.

Untidy, food and water on floor. Weren’t told why our order was so delayed until 30 minutes had passed already. Food took over 38 minutes to be ready. Others orders behind us received their food way before us. Our orders were wrong! Several people leaving after requesting money back. Worker more concerned about getting in trouble and calling her manager because people were complaining about severe wait time and requesting refunds.

Fast friendly service, the food was prepared quickly, and was served hot. They have a neat soda fountain that has all different flavor add ins, which is great. Restaurant is clean and very modern. The burgers are large and for the price you’re getting a great deal! Most places seem like the food is getting smaller and the prices getting bigger but not Burger King! Will be returning!

The chubby boy working the window got a attitude problem bad and argued with me at the window about what I ordered. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED. How you get a bacon KING and bacon CHEESEBURGER mixed up don’t even sound the same like come on be for real. Literally told me I needed to speak up and rolled his eyes, well LITTLE BOY YOU NEVER ONCE SAID YOU COULDNT HEAR ME OR I WOULD HAVE YELLED IT FOR YOU. Never once tried to fix my order wanted me to pay for that, I WILL NOT BE BACK. Get a better manager and staff!!!!!!

Where to start? Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, cheese sticks and some other stuff. Was charged for the cheese on the burgers but didn’t get any cheese on any of the burgers and the cheese sticks had 3 cheese sticks broke in half when I brought it to them they didn’t want to do anything about it and was mad I complained.
