I want to express my concern as well as give kudos to the ONLY 3 staff members working at the Beeville TX location tonight…. What a team player these 3 staff members showed during a busy time this evening….. One staff was focused on the food making the other bounced from stocking food to taking order. The young lady was running drive through as well as front counter and staying in top of bagging every order …. How impressed…… Now the concern how can a huge corporate allow this store run just a short staff? Even if this is a franchise isn’t there policies to protect staff members from becoming over burden with retail fast food stress….. These 3 staff members need a raise and own store….. I unfortunately don’t have the names however I can describe them and I can recognize them again

This Burger king sucks!! Their app, their attitude and overall customer experience is disgraceful. And the food isn’t what it used to be either. I hadn’t eaten their in almost a year and decided to get ce the one last opportunity to win back what used to be my favorite fast food burger. Huge mistake. Now I see why they are nearly extinct… Save your time money and frustration and go elsewhere.

This location has bad service and a rude manager. They took forever to serve the food and then made a joke about my name. And the Mushroom melt, pictured, had like 3 shreds of mushroom. I mean only redeeming factor is the lobby was pretty clean and they had a college basketball game on. Mushroom melt was an embarrassment to mushroom melts. Definitely not coming back here.

This place was a good find when they first opened as something different in terms of fast food for the beeville community. Since then it’s gone down hill from running out of basics like ketchup and salt packets to leaving a squeeze bottle of ketchup with paper cups on the counter to leaving filled paper cups of ketchup on a tray covered with a napkin. Lately, the service is so slow I’ve left without ordering as they leave you wondering if they’ve even seen you walk in the door. At least a basic, “Welcome to Burger King well be with you shortly” would go a long way towards telling me my wait is going to be worth it.

I don’t know why it takes forever to get your food from the drive thru at this Burger King. The customer service is terrible and they certainly aren’t in any hurry to get the orders out. Now I know why they never have any customers. I don’t expect the place to stay open with the bad customer service.

Fast friendly service, the food was prepared quickly, and was served hot. They have a neat soda fountain that has all different flavor add ins, which is great. Restaurant is clean and very modern. The burgers are large and for the price you’re getting a great deal! Most places seem like the food is getting smaller and the prices getting bigger but not Burger King! Will be returning!

5/8/2025 The burgers and fries were delicious. The last few times we went. However, the only problem is the soda machine really needs to be cleaned from the inside out. Badly.
The sodas taste awful every time we get one, even if we get a different one every time. And that’s because the machine on the inside is not clean. Please clean the soda machine. Thank you for making delicious burgers and fries.
