Tables and dining area were clean, the bathroom was clean as well, and that’s a big deal now days. Food was served quickly and still hot, cheese melted perfectly. Service was great, accommodating my son and his friends. They had an amazing experience, even complimenting on how friendly the service was, saying they were treated like kings for real. That’s a major compliment coming from teenagers! Five out of five experience.

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through. Overall, they have horrible customer service and I ended up going to McDonald’s across the street where I had my food in less than ten minutes. Stay away from this junkyard of a restaurant!

A 25 minute wait for fast food, unacceptable. I’ll just go to Chili’s next time and for about the same price too. At least it’s a sit down restaurant and not Fast Food.

This is what they think is acceptable to serve because of a broken bun toaster. I guess kids that can’t tell time on an analog clock shouldn’t be expected to know the difference between toasted and burnt !!!

There appeared to be only 1 person who takes your order and money. He was quick placing my order of whopper combo as well as giving me the correct change. My food was fresh and hot when received as expected.

Very slow service. Distracted employees. Had to repeat my order at least a half dozen times. Keep in mind you can order by the number. Went inside to order so I know the cashier heard me. Food is ok, but burgers are thrown together. Needed to open them up to spread out all the condements.
