My sisters and daughter came from out of town. Went inside to eat. Workers saw us but never acknowledged us. Another worker finally came from the back, literally crossed her arms and look annoyed that she had to wait on the man ahead us. That was the final straw. We left. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!

Overall, I think Burger King has gotten too expensive for its products. The other day, I got a free Impossible Whopper with a coupon. It’s totally not worth it. It was ok, but it didn’t have the flame broiled flavor. The Texas double is really good but not worth the cost.

I did drive thru today. The man took my order and told me to drive to the window. Didn’t say what window or anything. He had an attitude…One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Burger King Brenham. No napkins, ketchup or nothing…The workers that usually do the drive thru have you right everytime…I never have to ask for napkins or ketchup when I have fries…Bring them back immediately.

Went in to grab something to eat today but noone ever came to take my order…I stood there and waited…two patrons were eating and noone was in the drive thru…I was going to wait a bit longer but I could hear a female laughing and having fun in the back…I never saw her and she never saw me…She was too busy having a great time in the back I guess…Wow!!! Where are your workers??? So I guess I really have no review to give because I never got served…To McDonald’s I went. Do better!

Pretty nice new Burger King location. Was clean and the team was friendly. My breakfast croissant sandwich was half warm and half cold which was weird but the tots were fresh and hot. Plus, it’s fast food so can’t really complain. Overall, would go back.

Like all restaurants in brenham they were good for the first few months after opening. But now their staff consists of unmotivated college students who pay no attention to you while placing your order. Do not waste your time but if you dare make sure you park after going through the drive-thru because you will have to go back in for them to correct your order but then you have to deal with the sloppy made food they give you because they’re mad you came back

I mean it’s a Burger King don’t expect much. There is not outdoor seating here. The service was better than I expected. Burger King is not known for getting your order hyperacurate, especially if you go through the drive-thru. But they did a very good job for our very complicated order. Multiple food allergies and other things to deal with. Prices are a little high but I blame that on the economy. The young man at the window seems to have some kind of learning disability so it take a little patience with him he does a very good job to make sure your order is accurate and I would rather it be slow and right then fast and wrong. Benefit of living in a relatively small community and having a store near a park not on the main roads of the town. Be patient and you will have a good time

Such a clean and tidy restaurant! BurgerKing has never been a fav of mine but my dh convinced me to try it ONCE MORE. Goodness was I surprised! Loved the RoyalSpicyChicken sandwich! Delicious and lo and behold this restaurant actually had ALL THE SODA VARIETIES available what a surprise and thrill. Delicious cherry DPepper. Definitely recommend this BK location!!
