I love biggby and frequent. This time was unfortunate tho. I ordered 2 hot cocoa for my kids and they were scolding hot and burnt the crap out of my youngest mouth. Usually its always luke warm.

Went to biggby this morning and I was the only customer there. I will usually tip a dollar each time I get a coffee.
Today, after I tipped them a dollar, out loud all three employees were talking and the one girl said ,” why did she only tip us a dollar? We have to split tips , a dollar isn’t enough for all of us. It should have been $3.”
No one should feel obligated to give a 50% tip each time they want to buy a coffee . It’s extremely inappropriate to complain over a generous tip that was given to someone. I didn’t have to add a tip, I made a choice to add a tip out of kindness. They should instead have been saying thank you.
What is up with people thinking they are entitled to a tip each time someone walks in to buy something? And if it’s not the amount they wanted, their attitude completely changes. Unacceptable.
I know managers typically won’t do anything nowadays to address issues like this. So I figured I’d write a review instead to let others know you need to tip 50% in order to get some level of respect.

Drinks were made quickly and they were good. The cashier was pretty rude. I asked if the “creme freeze” was made with dairy and she rolled her eyes at me. There is also a sign up for a seasonal drink that is no longer avaliable. Will continue to go to the Metemora location instead. Nicer staff and Bogo Wednesday

Biggby is one of my go to places! The location in Davison has an amazing staff of super friendly people. The music they play overhead is the best! I love singing to myself while waiting for my food and tea. As an added bonus, their prices are absolutely reasonable.
My favorite drink is iced minty green tea (unsweetened). Once in a while, in the winter, I treat myself to an iced peppermint mocha (made with coconut milk).
My favorite foods are their Bragel (turkey havarti on everything with garden cream cheese) and their muffins (tuxedo and lemon).

They have some great employees, but some of them need to work on their customer service skills. They are stand offish, and not very nice. Also, I ordered a drink with Boba added to it, and didn’t get the Boba that I paid for, and didn’t realize it until I was long gone. You ask for a straw and get attitude, and I probably won’t be back. I can make my own drinks at home.

Waited 30 mins for 2 sausage biscuits. One person making food. Two people making coffees and another taking orders that could have helped the poor one person trying to keep up with food. People still waiting on food and already done with their drinks. Where is the manager???
