I have and hope will always love BK, but this location is currently a joke. They closed the one in Orange on 16th when I was still very young, so I was excited about a local one when I moved back last year.

I needed a quick bite before a online video call meeting. I was short on time, but noticed they offered free wifi. I was able to check my email and log into my meeting quickly and comfortably. I sat in a quiet corner that had comfy chairs a small table, and I had access to electrical outlets to charge my phone and laptop.

This particular store is poorly run, staff have no assigned stations or do know the job. Front of the house was a shamble at best ordered 2 of the same meals each without pickles, onions and mustard. After almost a hour the order arrived.

Went through drive-through around 10pm, the employee passed a tuberware bowl for me to put a 10 dollar bill in, that almost blew out because of the wind. She then put my change in a paper French frie holder and handed it back. All that trouble with the money and only 2 out of 4 employees bunched up at the drive-through window even had on a mask ?
