I absolutely love this place!!! I asked a friend of mine what her favorite restaurant in town is & she recommended here! While I was eating, Lina asked how everything tasted & I told her it was my first time. She then proceeds to come back with some jalebi (Indian dessert very similar to a funnel cake but may I say even better) for me to try!!! Lina is super kind & all the people there are absolutely wonderful. I got a special lunch sliced beef pho (dine in only) & it is delicious!!! Sooo much food for only $13!!! I had over half of a huge container full of leftovers (I already took a few bites before thinking about taking a photo). All of the salad toppings (bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, limes & jalapeños) are super fresh! They also have amazing chili oil, black sauce, fish sauce, & vinegars you can add— not to mention the crispy garlic, crispy onions, & crushed peanuts too! I highly recommend them!! They also have an Indian restaurant Ruchi Priya next door! If the dessert is that delicious, I can’t wait until I try their main dishes!

Pho was just ok, although my kids liked it. Dining room was dirty— half of the tables had dishes from guests that left before we got there. Walls had food on them. Hope the kitchen is in better shape. It was oddly strange using disposable pho spoons… didn’t like that. It will do until a better place opens in town.

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly since 2019. I love this place. I’ve seen it through COVID, through inflation, through the addition of the Indian menu, and the quality has been maintained consistently high. It’s my favorite restaurant in Morgantown and I’ll often dream of these bahn mi sandwiches and the flank pho. I’ve traveled this beautiful country from sea to shining sea and this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the world.

I wish it stayed a little cheaper (prices have increased quite a bit since I first came!) but I understand why there’s some necessity in the increase in cost.

Noel and I went to another Vietnamese restaurant but it was closed so I was able to locate this restaurant via Yelp App.

It was only about 5 miles from where we were but unfortunately back to near where we started. Located near the hospital complex. The parking lot was empty so we thought this one was closed too…but thank goodness they were open.

We went inside where they had examples of the bowl sizes on display along with menus. The instructions said to find a table that was available and turn our display to show taken. To figure out what we wanted, then go to kiosk place order and pay. They will bring our food out. Everything was pretty self explanatory. Is this the way it’s done overseas?

Noel and I both chose Beef Pho, shared some spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and I got a unsweetened bottled tea and Noel went with a Strawberry Bubble Tea with a milk based flavoring. It was a jelly textured bubble in her drink, too sweet for me.

We went to salad bar and got our Cilantro, Thai basil, spices, bean sprouts and jalapenos. This was to put in our medium bowls of Pho. The food was very good. I’m still trying to learn how to use chopsticks. The fried garlic spice was good.
The Pho was amazing and we had plenty to take home as leftovers but the spring rolls were horrible.
The wrappers were like a rubbery covering, very thick and rubbery. I couldn’t handle the texture of it. So, I broke it open and put into my Pho bowl.

The food was good enough to go back again. I definitely want to try the Banh Mi sandwich, especially the grilled on!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some great Pho. Prices were sort of high but I don’t get this very often , so very worth it. Just not crazy about those Spring Rolls…

Pho is flavorful and portion sizes are good. They give you a ton of meat. Menu and ordering is self serve, along with the standard pho condiments (basil, bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, Sriracha and hoisin). Pretty great restaurant in Morgantown!

Definitely the best pho around! I got take out and I was able to put the steak on the side as well as the noodles, so they did not get overcooked! The flavor is just perfect! Very generous portion! I will be coming back:)

This was a really good restaurant when it opened but it unfortunately has different owners that have started using less quality ingredients and prices keep going up I wish it was more authentic like it once was

Vacationing in Morgantown and found this restaurant while trip planning. I ordered $30 worth of food because I wanted to try so many dishes. I got the lettuce wrapped chicken egg rolls, spicy beef noodle soup and Durian coconut sticky rice. I was expecting a lot more lettuce for the lettuce wrapped chicken egg rolls. I guess I was supposed to get the lettuce from the self serve bar. My mistake considering my first time here. The spicy beef noodle soup is so spicy! Lol. I expected pho noodles but I got the round noodles which reminds me of spaghetti noodles. I prefer rice noodles, pho, or any flat noodles. I can taste the bone marrow in the broth. The Durian coconut sticky rice was a disappointment and false advertising! It looks nothing like the photos and I got one decent size chunk and the rest was raisin size, if that. Definitely not worth 8.95!! I think ordering take out, some restaurants take advantage of the opportunity to give lower quality food considering the customer is less likely to come back with the food. It’s interesting that the menu has some default items and give the option to customize if you like. I don’t plan on coming back, but if I do, maybe I will try the sandwiches. It is unlikely that I will return.

One of my favorite places when the noodles are done right. Ones again I get my food and the noodles are near mush before I even get it in the broth and it’s happened enough times, now I’m second guessing ever going back.

My husband and I travel the US in our van, so we find ourselves indulging in pho all over the country. I have to say I was reluctant at first because I’ve had some not so great experiences but we left thinking that this is one of the best we’ve had.

The portions are HUUUGE and it comes with tons of meat. I didn’t get rice and I still couldn’t finish. The food comes out quickly and although the ordering system threw me off at first, in the end we had a delicious clear broth that I smothered with toppings (that I’ve never gotten anywhere else).

Love,

@VanGoingFar
