Went to Burger King at 10:49 got hit with the “we only take mobile orders at this time” who even orders fast food burgers online? Any way passed thru the drive through and saw 3 staff sitting at the dinning area on their phones. This is why whataburger never fails.

My kid really wanted Burger King and against my better judgement I obliged. His food showed up with a big ole nasty hair in it. (See picture). This was delivered by DoorDash and they refuse to provide a refund after supposedly reviewing with the store.

Often forgets items, or serves old and cold food. Just got old French toast sticks that were refried to be warm. Went back in for a replacement and took less than 3 minutes so I don’t know why they wouldn’t just serve fresh food.

My order got messed up and I went inside being gentle, because I know how fast food can get. There seemed to be just one little lady running circles around a guy in there just doing nothing. Me and my husband got food poisoning from ordering here last night on 10/14/25. We are still deathly ill. All we got was the boo meal or something. It came with mozzarella sticks, fang nuggets, chicken wrap, one taco, and 4 PC cinnamon rolls. It was around 9pm last night when I ordered this or right before 9 probably more like 8:30. I stayed up all night vomiting and having bad diarrhea with fever. Then my husband started having the same symptoms around 9am this morning. We are still deathly ill. I am probably not going to eat here again because I already have gallstones and stuff and I’m not trying to die..please do better Burger King on Nederland Ave. Please check the dates of the food because we could have been served expired food..beware of BK. Just be careful eating just anything there especially if you have GI issues. Again, BK please do better..we are still so sick.

Their hours say theyre open 24hrs on the drive through, but apparently no one is working the overnight shift. I had an order at 4am since i work nights and this i when i’m going home, i sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before going to the window to see if anyone was in the kitchen, there wasnt. I tried calling and got no answer.

What’s the point of renovating your restaurant to make two drive-through lanes if you’re only going to answer one? Shouldn’t you take the order of the first vehicle to arrive and sit there for two minutes before you take the order of the second one to pull up?
