My first and last time, I just visited this Burger King and the experience was terrible. The customer service was very rude, the restaurant is very dirty, the bathrooms, tables, and the entire floor are sticky.
I ate half a sandwich and the chicken was rancid.

It’s hit and miss at this restaurant. Sometimes the fries are hot and fresh sometimes they not. Sometimes the breakfast is hot, sometimes it’s not.

This store is horrible and going down hill … management team suck ! Crew member lazy or short staffed. I’ve been waiting 40 plus mins for an order I’ve received my food it was cold . I didn’t even have time to get refund I just disputed the charge with my bank. This is unbelievable. I use love this Burger King but it sucks … I wouldn’t recommend this location to nobody !

I’m happy that I got my food, but the service is lackluster. It feels like sometimes there aren’t many workers there and it takes forever to get the food. I was really disappointed that the sausage egg and cheese croissant that I got was cold in the middle. And then the other sausage, egg and cheese croissant, the croissant was hard. I would suggest avoiding this location. Sorry.

Pleasant to your face but the quality of product is poor. Fries were stale and the slice of tomato I payed extra for was only a slice in definition, and was barely a sliver. This is what you can expect on a daily basis from this location so save yourself the trip and go across the street to McDonald’s.

I ordered 1 wrap, just one. I wanted an ice cream cone as well, but the machine was down. I am sitting at the drive up window for no less than five minutes. Literally no one was there. I honked to get their attention because I’m not, even sure if they knew I was there. No acknowledgment until finally a young man sticks a finger up like wait a minute. Finally opens the window, gives me the wrap. No sorry, not a word spoken. I wouldn’t have minded the wait had they let me know beforehand. It was just ridiculous. However the wrap looks disgusting. I’m going to toss it. This is the first time this Burger King has been extremely slow. I’m not going there again.
