Every time I come to this burger king its nothing short of a dream. I know what youre thinking, a burger king? Good? This one is heavenly. Staff are kind and accommodating, food looks straight out of the ads, and its clean as can be. I got fresh fries every time and I mean look at this whopper. Fresh perfection. Presented better than a 5 star diner.

Okay I’m not trying to be rude.. at all… but I ordered 38$ worth of food and while my husband’s and I’s burgers were delicious they literally gave my 3 year old son 2 cheddar jalapeño poppers in his chicken nugget meal. Instead of 6 chicken nugget he got 4 and 2 poppers… luckily I noticed the shape before he ate them but they were spicy and he would have cried. You all need to pay more attention to what you are doing… it was honestly ridiculous

There seemed to be so much personal pride at this location. It was the best Whopper that I’ve had in years! It was made the way a Whopper should be made. The restaurant and the parking lot were clean. And the friendliest, most attentive staff. It was 7:58 pm on Christmas Eve and they were closing at 8:00. After a very long day of travel, we were made to feel welcome and not a burden. I can’t praise the staff enough! We will definitely visit this Burger King again, anytime we are in Tennessee.

I arrived at 10:59pm and they took my order I didn’t think to check to see when they closed. They were all amazing and cool and I apologized because I didn’t know it was literally a minute before they closed when I got to the window (I asked the person how their day was and they said good it’ll be done with in a minute and that’s when I asked when do they close). I would have understood if they said no sorry we’re closed. Great people, they were all kind.

I had a bad experience the last time I went here. The food was undercooked and took 35 minutes from time of order until we received it. I figured I would give it one more shot.

This time though, both orders of fries had something red on random fries. We didnt order ketchup, and even if we did it comes in packets here. It didnt smell like ketchup. Was it blood? Who knows. Don’t come here.

I went to this Burger King tonight around 8 with my wife and two kids. My wife placed our order, the front counter fella was pretty rude. My wife wanted the SpongeBob menu and his answer don’t have it. Didn’t say whether they were out of every item or one of the items, nothing just don’t have it. From the time she paid until we got our food was exactly 26 minutes. I don’t know of anything they cook that takes 26 minutes. My wife worked there 20 years ago and said the quality of the food and service has went way down and the price way up since she worked there. The plus side my 2 year old did get to watch cartoons to keep her occupied during the 26 minute wait. We were the only ones inside eating and about 6 drive thru orders went out the window before we were served. On to the food I got a #1 with cheese nothing but mayo, mustard, and ketchup, large fries and large sweet tea. The food was all cold. There was so much mayo, mustard, and ketchup on the burger it made the bun soggy and took about ten napkins to wipe off enough to make it edible. The fries were cold and stale. Over salty. The sweet tea was out in the dining room and there was no ice in the machine. The drive thru lady gave me some ice and tea from drive thru, tea was too strong it was bitter, and barely any sugar. My wife got the royal crispy chicken which used to be really good, but I guess they changed the chicken they use, it was a thin, flat, cold, tough chicken patty. Appropriate amount of mayo, a single shriveled piece of lettuce, two small crisp tomatoes. Cold fries. She had sprite no ice, hard to mess that up. My two year old had a cheeseburger with mayo only and chicken nuggets. They were both cold, but she didn’t mind, she just loves chicken nuggets. We also got an order of the jalapeno bites that I think three of them still had the cheese inside, the other 5 were empty shells. We paid $40 for this food and were disappointed. I used to love Burger King, it was my favorite fast food. The quality has definitely went to pot. If it was good quality and fast friendly service I would say it’s worth the price but it’s just none of these things. If I am going to spend that much on a meal I think I am better off getting texas roadhouse or something like that and spending a little more for great food, exceptional service and really I wouldn’t spend that much more. I think my whopper days and stops at the king are over. I don’t know if I could even convince my wife to give it another chance. And why aren’t there changing tables in the bathroom, what an inconvenience. Who wants to lay their 4 month old on the public bathroom floor?

I ordered a Impossible Whopper & it was tasty! Atmosphere could always be improved but the burger was exceptional. There’s a wait in the line. So, get ready to wait a while. Otherwise, all is well.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, if the employees are slow or just trying to raise sells but they always ring my stuff up wrong and end up charging me $1-$2 more each visit even when I specifically say what size then the woman at the first window says she can’t change it. If she can’t with the computer then maybe put someone up there who can. I eat breakfast there 4-5 times a week so that up charge that I didn’t ask for adds up. Plus they don’t even put double cheese on my double croissant
