They served me though the drive through after the posted closing hours . I didn’t know that they were closed until I pulled up to the window. I paid and then read the hours of operation as I waited for my order. I thanked them for serving me after closing time and the employee was very nice about it. She said something about the equipment was still hot and it was easy enough to do. Soo 5 stars for the exceptional service. BTW my food was hot and fresh. Only 4 stars because it’s fast food, nothing special about that. Although it will fill up a empty tummy.

Young male adults at cashier were nice. Food came out quick and warm.

There’s a lady with rotten teeth that ALWAYS is on her phone and back faces towards the register. I’ve stood there many times without saying a word waiting to see how long it would take. They always give me hard time for extra ketchup and mayonnaise. I have to get off because they won’t turn back around to the window clearly just trying to avoid any more requests.

This place doesn’t change. The workers are not welcoming but they are knowledgeable on getting your order right and to you quickly.

Everytime I come here in the morning it’s a issue. There is a reason these guys don’t have breakfast traffic. They take 10 minutes to take your order when you are the only car line. Nobody knows the deals and they just have a terrible atmosphere when you go inside

James was the name of the guy working the drive thru and he deserves 6 stars .His customer service and people skills were above and beyond . Truly amazing that he took the time to converse and interact with our 3year old granddaughter that most would ignore or tune out. Thank you James

If I could give this restaurant a 0 star rating review I would in a heartbeat! Me and my husband stopped by to grab some food, and we specifically had ordered an extra 2 chicken sandwiches, so in total it would had been 3 altogether…and when my husband ordered he calmly and clearly told the staff what we wanted yet they still got our order wrong (also I would like to add when we confronted the lady at the window that we did not get our other chicken sandwich, she flat out denied it and lied saying that it was in the bag when in fact it was not…I mean seriously did you forget how to count??). not to mention we literally waited for our food for over 48 minutes!! How ridiculous is that?! And mind you it was close to 1 in the morning when we ordered, and we were the only customers waiting in line at the drive thru so how the heck could it had took that long for us to receive our food when we were literally the only customers there?! The problem is that the manager is hiring these young adults who don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to taking orders, and not to mention we clearly witnessed some of the staff standing nearby talking, laughing, and just goofin off…NOT PROFESSIONAL WHATSOEVER! If you’re expecting to get your order done right, and ready to pick up and go home to eat your meal, then you might as well go to another restaurant that’s more “professional” and decent.. because I’m telling you you are not gonna have that luck if you order from this burger king in Cleveland!

It’s Burger King…. what did you expect? This was a pleasant experience today, fast friendly service from what I think was a new young employee. I was shocked.

This Burger King location at 601 West Southline Street is unprofessional, disrespectful, and biased. I came in at around 9:30–9:36 PM to pick up an order and showed the employee the customer’s name. She stayed completely silent, and when the food and drinks were ready, she looked at me and simply said, ‘Come on.’
That tone was unnecessary and condescending. I’m a 32-year-old independent contractor—not a child—and I’ve worked in fast food before; I’ve never had anyone talk to me like that. Another customer, an older Black gentleman, even asked her if she was okay because of the way she treated me.
What made this worse is that when she dealt with a white customer before me, she was polite and professional. But when it came to me, her whole demeanor changed. That shows clear bias, and it is unacceptable.
Delivery drivers are business partners, not your employees. We deserve basic respect just like paying customers. If that’s too much to ask, maybe this isn’t the right job for you.
I will be reporting this incident to corporate and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to make sure this behavior is addressed.
