Been going to this place since I was a kid, I’m 25 now. Never have I had bad service here and I’ve always enjoyed the food. Reason for the one star is because you can’t order after 8pm when online it shows they close at 9:00 pm. What’s the point of being open until 9 if you can’t even order an hour before they close? Are you just supposed to walk inside and just sit down and have a little chat with some friends without ordering? They’ve gotten lazy and it definitely shows.

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. The lady who takes orders in the front is beyond rude! A few years back before COVID we went to sit down and eat in the restaurant at 7PM. She asked if we were dining and and we said, yes. She then said, she’s too tired and thinks it be better if we want to even order that we get it to go instead. I’ve never went back since, however my husband tried to give them another chance. Today he went on his lunch break to dine in and she said to him, if you decide to eat here you need to clean up after yourself in front of a restaurant full of people. He said he had mistakenly left his tray once in a rush, but again if you have a restaurant with dine-in options, why would you say that to a person? She always has a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job, you need to find another one. We like to give people business who deserve it. There is no reason for you to be constantly rude. You shouldn’t be working the front counter if you don’t know how to be courteous and friendly and to treat people with respect. If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would! You have several reviews on here from other people saying the lady at the front is so rude. That should tell you that you need a new employee or she needs to fix her attitude.

whenever i go to this place they are rude, i have gone many times this year because i really like their food but i always have to beg them for more sweet and sour sauce, it doesn’t matter if they charge me extra for this. They even put it on the bill and it’s free, I don’t understand what the problem is for giving me an extra, will it be a lot of work to have to pack it and that’s why they deny it? Today I made an order online, I specifically asked for extra sauce and there was not a single sauce in my bag, it is the last time I buy from them. Management should review their staff because they honestly hate their customer service job.

I used to work in the area and liked this place. I moved away and came back recently and saw this place and remembered it, but saw some of the recent reviews and was sketchy. Anyway I took a chance and I was pleased. It was still really good to me. Got the royal chicken, Mongolian beef and combination rice. The chicken was white meat chicken pieces so it was definitely chicken and the beef was really tender and flavorful. The combination rice was really good. Tried some other places around here and the fried rice was disgusting so I’m happy to have found a place with good fried rice. The wontons didn’t have much filling, but overall I was satisfied with everything else.

I have been going to this restaurant for years, starting when they were by Krogers. I always get the shrimp fried rice with extra chicken and a side order of sweet and sour chicken. Well today the Indian cashier was going to charge me for a full dinner. SMH. I said no thank you. Is all our restaurants being bought out by Indians? This is my last time going to what use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Decent place for a quick bite. Food served on yo boxes, can sit and eat. Very fast service, decent price. Actually speaking, prices are really cheap. Definitely recommend this place.

Great food. We ordered takeout because my wife couldn’t get comfortable. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken noodles. They were great. I would eat here again.
