I would love to be able to rate the store. However, they are NEVER open in the lobby. My vehicle is too tall to go thru the drive thru. I can only assume some nit-wit with Covid fears owns the place. Get over it already. It’s been over 3 years. Open up and get a better review.

3rd time this has happened. Planned on supper there, ordered online, got there and the place was closed. You’d think that’s an easy solution with today’s technology. I always get a refund but still, this is so wrong. Probably not going to try it again for awhile..

How is the lobby still closed for almost 2 years? Enough with the excuses. Drive thru is slow and my food cold by the time I get back to work to eat it. Recommend to skip this place. No wonder Wendy’s passed them for the number 2 burger spot. Don’t bother trying to complain to anyone, they don’t care.

The food is good, the problem is that they only serve 1 car at a time in the drive thru. So they take an order and wait until that car has been served until they take another order. It’s annoying. I’m sure they are trying to keep their drive thru times down but that’s not my problem.

The lobby is never open which wouldn’t be the worst but they also can’t seem to get drive through orders correct. Will not return until the lobby opens.

They take your order at the drive thru then send you to a parking spot. Econ when there is no line. Lobby is closed and service was slow.

How is this place not packed like the restaurant across the street! Was at whataburger and ordered curbside pickup. 58 minutes later and 3 phone calls still no food brought to me. Now I have to go through 2 different channels to get a refund of nearly $40. I go across the street to Burger King where there is only 1 couple inside and drive through empty. It was less than 2 minutes I had my order and the food was HOT and FRESH. This will definitely be my go to place when I’m in Taylor.

Drive-thru moved fast at peak lunch time. Employee at window was very nice and polite, not a usual experience these days. Highly recommend.
