The morning crew at this McDonald’s is fantastic. Shon always greats you with a smile and positive attitude! I forgot the one guy that’s there in the am. He wears glasses though! Lol Soon as I pull up, he already knows who I am and my order is always without issues. Being able to start my day with positive energy and a nice breakfast always sets the tone for a great day. I gave this place a 1 ★ because the so called manager who was taking my order was so rude, and impatient. I believe his name was Josh. He argued with me at the drive thru window not realizing how stupid he sounded. He had a young lady replace himself from the drive thru which was ok with me. She made everything better! She was very patient and apologized for ignorance. Stop hiring rude people who don’t have patient and hate their job!

I’m not sure what’s up with this particular Burger King’s service because I’ve never had this issue before but I put in my online Burger King order at 3:07 before I even pulled into the drive thru. After I placed it I drove up to the second lane and was told at the speaker to “give them a moment” so I sat there and waited for them to come back to take my order. Literally not even 5 minutes after I pulled into the 2nd lane, a car pulls into the 1st lane and they also get told to “wait a moment” but not even a minute later the person comes back and takes their order before mine. At first I was like okay whatever that just means they’re gonna take my order next. Well, nobody comes back on the speaker for the lane I’m in and another car pulls into the 1st lane and once again their order gets taken before mine. Even after the second person pulled off I waited about 5 more minutes to see if maybe they’d come back to get my order but to no avail. I had to back up and go into the first lane just to get my order taken. The lady on the speaker was unprofessional as well. I believe I was being intentionally ignored.

The drive-through crew are efficient, friendly, and accurate when fulfilling orders. I love the Whopper Wednesday small meal deal. They also have good frozen drink flavors: cola, cotton candy, and strawberry. I think their fries and nuggets are good when served hot.

The workers at burgerking are rude worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went 2 nights in a row and both nights I got nothing but horrible service… to make things worse, my daughter who is vegetarian asked for an impossible whopper… she took a couple bites of it and it was pink in the middle of the whopper. They gave her a regular whopper and it was raw. I will call corporate about this.!!! However we went back and talked to the manager and he just took our whopper and threw it away and made her a new whopper, there was apology or anything said again this Company sucks and needs new employees that can at least fake customer service.

We just seen the spongebob movie with our kids, went to get the meal. The lady on the speaker was definitely irritated letting us know ppl been buying this and possibly tripping. So she tells us what you see on the board is all we got… so no Patrick starberry pie, and no pineapple drink… the most iconic things ppl wanna try and spend 15 plus on the box for. So the kids heavily disappointed, I find it strange how companies wrap a movie around an iconic cartoon and not have enough supplies to get out the combo that brings you the most money. Its not just you guys all the fast food restaurants marketing events are generally underwhelming and lack alot… lile that tpain box at jack in the box.. car freshener and the brownie cookie… yall employees gotta be stealing them whole bunch of car freshners and no brownie cookies lol

Extremely fast drive thru service and super great customer service! Whopper Jr and and regular Whopper were made on the spot… Not cold. Fries were also good and crisp. See pics. Nuggets delicious. Ate with honey mustard and zesty sauces.
