Maybe this is why they can’t compete with the big M. Not greeted when I entered, even though I was the only customer and they were at the counter looking at me. Ordered a number 2 with with onion rings,.they served me fries. Went back in and told them about the error. The young lady took my fries and put them back in the fryer! . She handed be onion rings a few minutes later. No apology for the mistake. Horrible service to be surrounded by competition!!

Went to this refuse plant of a restaurant with the family to get a bite before the circus start. We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese for us adults, a large onion ring for the teen, and a ‘cheeseburger with just the cheese’ (aka plain) for the picky 5 y/o. She handed us a bag with some shake mess on it. Wife looked at her and said ‘what is that’? Lady says its shake shake sorry. Proceeds to change bags. Guess a hand wash is out. That should have been a glaring clue. Get to Red Bird Mall (well Southwest Center Mall), park, and eat. Wife took a bite of the fry and said ‘this dont taste right’. I unwrapped the whopper, took a bite, and reversed the process. Rancid mayo flavor with off putting beef does not a whopper make. We gonna ignore the fact it was missing the cheese. 5 y/o said I dont like that. She smelled the meat and took her bite. Well it all went to the ole trash can. Except the onion rings. Teen ate those. Close this s*it show down before folks get sick.

I frequent this location, However in the last month there has been a change in the service and the quality of the food. Better. I almost always get an Impossible Whopper add mustard. Today my son picked up my meal for me. The fries were fresh and hot, my sandwich was made to perfection. Since mid May there has been a young man (I am over 50) who provides excellenct service. He is kind and professional.

It’s the morning of March31st 2022 Not only have we never been to this location before But we don’t even really order fast food in my office but every once in a while We order it. So we ordered the same menu item My co-worker and I. We ordered the croissant sandwich meal with hash browns Large Iced coffee but we were quickly told they don’t sell large only medium so we said let’s get that. So why would she Give us the ice coffee small Child size But still charge for the medium despite the drink being medium we asked for large and ok with a medium not small. When we called to speak to a manager the phone is never answered poor customer service and the female that works the register and drive through needs to find a new job in a warehouse because her people skills are horrible. You are starting someone’s day ma’am and just because you are having a bad day or life whatever do not project that into people you don’t know first impressions are everything. Need less to say thank goodness we don’t eat fast food daily because I could only imagine the frustration and this was once in more than 8 months I’m offended and disappointed I’ve attached pics.

They always close early. I have gone twice 15-30 mins before closing and they’re closed. The last time I had ordered online for pickup and they wouldn’t let me get it. It was 1045! They close at 11pm and had their supply truck blocking the drive thru. Then I had to request my money back on the app.

Yes I want to just Burger King and I was already in line for more than 10 minutes waiting on my order I asked for two bacon cheeseburger with a bacon on the side extra pickles and extra onion headed to the Burger okay she said fine she made my order when I got to the window I pay for my order when I pulled off I drove across the street to Walgreens in line at the pharmacy over there both of my burgers were cold I’ll call back to the store 4 times nobody answer the phone the cheese was not melted the bun was cold and also the meat was cold I went back in the Drive-Thru and told them that I wanted new Burgers because my burger was cold I ask for the manager he came to the drive-thru speaking ask me what do you want and I told him what I just left here I haven’t even been gone 5 minutes and my burgers are cold so I get to the window I give him the burglars he look at it I took pictures of the burger he looked at it he said okay I’m going to fix the problem he went and warm stuff up in the microwave and gave it back to me I would like a refund I would like my money back I will also like apology from the manager was on duty and I took pictures of everything and I kept my receipt because it’s unacceptable you already waiting in line 10 minutes then you only had three people working at Burger King in that day and my food is cold give me the same food back I think that’s unacceptable and I don’t think I should be tolerated I should have been refunded my money at all for some fresh food I was getting the same food back actually taking food from me in the Drive-Thru window is cross-contamination but they don’t seem to care about that and the girl who work in drive-thru told him she just left here and she said that somebody else cooking and they were shaking their head because I was giving cold food.

Never again. Food here is horrible half warm hamburger fries salty and the burger was soaked in ketchup and mayo just unbelievable. Please pick a better place to spend your money 3 combos $28.98 over priced terrible tasting food.
