Drive through unreal. Do not care ever about getting my order right and I live a block away. I hate ketchup on my burger, weird but I will eat ketchup on meatloaf, hash browns and French fries. I also treated myself to Bacon and Cheese, which are extra, idk. So tonight, I’m not wiping the darn ketchup off and accepting it the way you want it. I got fries at least. I’m half moved and no car. Thanks AGAIN.

Do not drive through here, I do not recommend this location, especially at 3:30pm. I come here for lunch about three days every week, never any issues before, however today the manager or whoever was training the girl at the drive through was so rude over the speaker. .. The girl at the drive through was having trouble u can tell it was her first time at the window at least it sounded like it. Then the manager gets on the speaker and cut us off while ordering, her frustration was evident and she just kept saying what else!! What else. We told her to just forget it, Hard to trust our food with her. We didn’t do anything mean nothing was said just wanted to place an order 2 for ten and asked about a frozen drink. We told her nevermind and said we don’t want the food because she was rude. Why is it so much trouble to be slightly professional? Having good customer service is part of the job, get rid of her she can go get a different job maybe get into collections or something. Then what is the deal about the Ice drinks I see them advertised why is there no frozen drinks in summer, it is Texas it’s hot.

Good service. Todays (aug 2) staff pretty good. Perfectly placed hamburgers and folded top of paper bag. Quick and they efficiently returned card and gave me bag of food at same time instead of opening window twice. Friendly workers

Awful,, girl at drive thru repeated order back to me. At window, she was talking on cell phone and more interested in that and flirting with a guy at the counter. Long story short, when I took order back she verbally assaulted me. This got heated quick, all I wanted was my money back. Jaun, the guy at counter says, We don’t give refunds. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese AND MUSTARD ONLY. Get it home and it was with Mayonnaise with everything on it. Just looking at mayonnaise makes me nauseous. This is a long story and I already sent long email to BK about what took place. This girl after cussing at me, f word and many others, threw the burger at me hitting me square in the chest. I couldn’t believe she did that. It got uglier than. I had a few unsavory words of my own.

This lady at the window was so rude. I didn’t want her to make my food. She was so impatient. An told me to drive back around that I was allowed to order at window truth is she didn’t hear my order correctly. I ask for 2 $6 combos she only rings up one an tells me to drive around I told her I will pray for her cause she’s not in a good place while working for customers. He behavior is disturbing. I ordered a Whopper meal, no onions, no ketchup, with a sprite. Two out of the three tomatoes were old and so was the lettuce. It was awful. This is my favorite fast food meal and I’m absolutely disgusted. The burger also didn’t have any mayonnaise so it was completely dry. So grossed out and disappointed.
