I give it 4 stars because the restroom was not really clean. They fries were warm enough to enjoy because they are bigger potatoes than the regular but I want hot, crispy, greasy fries fresh out the fryer! Restaurant is nice and all condiments were properly stocked up. It’s hard to beat a BK meal when it’s done right, this one was almost there.

It’s been a while since I went to that location because it was dirty and the service was very bad. The employees showed no interest in their work. But I came back since I had no other choice and WOW WOW WOW… I was totally impressed, the store looked amazingly clean, my food was fresh, hot and best of all… The manager who assisted me was super friendly, she said that she had just taken over this store, that’s great, which makes me very happy and it will be one of my favorite places to go. Thank you, BK, for grabbing people who do show enthusiasm at work.

I asked for 4 orders of chicken fries to be freshly done because evertime I get them they are cold hard and burley any chicken in them because of how old they are. The drive thru lady said yes we don’t have any right now so they will be freshly done. I get home and why are they hot but really hard??? Because they obviously threw made ones back in the fryer to play it off. I called phone number is not in service!

The drive through is open. I wanted a BK Big Fish but they didn’t have any. Strange. So I ordered an Impossible Whopper with onion rings and a sweet tea. The sandwich was warm but the onion rings were not. The tea was not sweet. There’s a long line… So I guess I’ll heat my food up at home and add sugar to my tea.

The best Burger King we have been to. It was exceptionally clean and neat. Employees were all busy, friendly and nice. Our order was prepared exactly as we ordered it and it was hot and fresh. This visit on this day, January 26 around noon was way above the service and food we have gotten the last three times we went to the local Chick fil a! This Burger King beat the other restaurants around here hands down. Great job!

Did not get what we ordered. Paid for extra toppings and did not get them. Filed a complaint as we paid $25.00 for a double whopper meal that ended up being a Texan with Jalapeño. No heavy onion, no heavy lettuce or tomato. No complaint response from the franchise owner
