I was wondering why they were completely empty when I pulled in at 7pm, they microwaved my burgers “to heat the cheese” right in front of me. If my food was hot and fresh, I wouldn’t need it microwaved before giving it to me. Definitely won’t be back

Was great! Had a chicken sandwich extra tomatoes and Mayo .. oh it was awesome! Hubs had a Whopper and was surprised how good it was! Told him that Burger King was terrific!

I give it 4 stars because the restroom was not really clean. They fries were warm enough to enjoy because they are bigger potatoes than the regular but I want hot, crispy, greasy fries fresh out the fryer! Restaurant is nice and all condiments were properly stocked up. It’s hard to beat a BK meal when it’s done right, this one was almost there.

I am so disgusted I placed an order for My Son today, August 27, 2025. I ordered a big fish chicken fries. I asked for barbecue sauce. The fish sandwich was burnt. It smelled like the grease was old. I am so disgusted. I called up there to try to talk with someone. No one answered the phone. Poor customer service. I will never order from there again. The lettuce was so old. The bread was hard it felt like you could just throw it against the wall and I never say things like this about a business but this Burger King in TERRELL Texas. is disgusting. The health department needs to be called on them. They don’t like what they do. They do it because they don’t have a choice the worst customer service ever and whoever is prepping the food needs to change the grease. My three-year-old was about to eat the food.

Did not get what we ordered. Paid for extra toppings and did not get them. Filed a complaint as we paid $25.00 for a double whopper meal that ended up being a Texan with Jalapeño. No heavy onion, no heavy lettuce or tomato. No complaint response from the franchise owner

The Burger King in Terrell,is horrible they treat their employee like crap all the mangers and staff are lazy. The food is not good at all my buger patty was almost frozen.The mangers are not knowledgeable of their jobs. Please get help in there.

The drive through is open. I wanted a BK Big Fish but they didn’t have any. Strange. So I ordered an Impossible Whopper with onion rings and a sweet tea. The sandwich was warm but the onion rings were not. The tea was not sweet. There’s a long line… So I guess I’ll heat my food up at home and add sugar to my tea.
