I stop at this Burger King regularly—either when I’m working my route or coming through for Whopper Wednesday—and it’s consistently a solid experience. It’s true what they say about Burger King: you really can have it your way. I usually order extra pickles, extra onions, and a well-done patty, and they get it right.
As a plant-based eater, the Impossible Whopper is a huge plus for me. It’s especially convenient when I’m on the go, and most times I’m able to get through the drive-thru quickly without long waits or frustration. I’m often eating in my vehicle between stops, so speed and accuracy matter.
I also appreciate the regular offers and deals—not just Whopper Wednesday—which makes it a great value. Overall, this location has been a reliable, quick, and convenient stop for me.

Absolutely horrible, every time we come to this Burger King it gets worse. Rude drive through staff, constant wrong orders, missed items, I tried to call them as I was leaving because I didn’t have time to turn around and they told me “you didn’t ask for sauce, I remember you” I was in the passenger seat and never said a word to them so it’d be impressive if so.
The so called “manager” that picked up the phone was beyond rude and unhelpful

I love Burger King. But I waited about 10 minutes for them to talk to me in the drive thru. Fries were very over seasoned and burger wasnt very warm. Employees were also weren’t very nice, didnt really talk instead just handed me things and told me to wait. Not a super terrible experience, but not remotely close to a good one.

ALL doors were locked at 830pm and hours are until 10pm. One of the nice customers inside opened the door for me . I told the staff and they just laughed it up and did not fix the doors . All 4 doors were intentionally locked . The soda machine was also inoperable and has been for months . AVOID this location ! RUDE staff and DIRTY facility. I will be also contacting the health dept for other issues I have noticed . SAFETY RISK! I will be updating review once I hear from corporate

If I could put 0 STARS I would! Definitely won’t be coming back. The whoppers were under cooked. A little red in the meat. The bread was old and the mozzarella sticks didn’t come with the Halloween box. Not happy at all!!

Restaurant outside appearance looked good. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. The two hispanic ladies made my order really noticeably great and not just a one-off; My past four orders where great! Food preparation was good. Food was hot. Overall not too bad very solid right now.

My husband got a meal to go at the Little elm location. When I tried to through away the cup in the recycle bin at home and open it I noticed some black dust at the bottom of the cup. Mold ?! Don’t know but some things don’t suppose to be there. Attention to manager !!! clean your pop machines!!!
