The food was delicious, the place somewhat different, but you feel comfortable, I really love it, I recommend it 10 out of 10.

Top service and the food is delicious, with homemade tortillas and the aguas frescas are delightful. There is no doubt I will go for another dish.

Beautiful service and amazing food! Special thank you to whoever brought my wallet back to me. I left my wallet there and I live about 30 mins away, they dropped it off. I’m forever grateful and will always remember these kind people.

I love the quesadillas de flor de calabaza. I just have an issue with the place. Need some more cleaning or maybe remodeling to make it look clean. But food is great.

Nice Mexican Oaxacan food in the Pomona area. They serve hand made tortillas and menudo. The restaurant needs air conditioning though.

My lady and I went for dinner. Everyone in there were drunk and sloppy, couldn’t tell who was working and who was dinning. So unappealing that we just walked right out and didnt even take a seat. Food didnt even smell good.

Decent at most based on the tacos. I ordered 3 asada tacos during my lunch and got charged regular price regardless of the website and pages mentioning taco Tuesday. I placed an order to go for 3 asada tacos and a large horchata and it took about 15mins or so but I didn’t realize until I got to work how my receipt was and how skimpy the tacos are. You are better off going to your nearest El Gallo Giro location where they pack the tacos and they have great flavor hence it justifies the cost. My tacos were dry and flavorless (would have rather eaten the homemade tortilla with slathered beans). I liked the horchata it wasn’t too sweet or too thick. Might consider trying it again but definitely stay away from the overcooked asada!

Posting only about the dish I ordered. The name of the restaurant doesn’t match the food they sell. My dish, a Tlayuda does not look even close to a real tlayuda. Real Tlayudas are made of hard shell tortillas, do not have tomate, cilantro, cebolla morada or frijoles de la olla. Real tlayudas have bean paste, cole slaw and are serve with a piece of meat; either tasajo or chorizo or queso Oaxaca. The one I got at this restaurant was made of hand made tortilla, really disappointed, they should not call this a tlayuda.

I really tried to like the food. I ordered a plate of goat meat with beans and rice. The meat and rice had no salt no flavor. The serving size was plentiful, just no flavor.
