RAMBUNCTIOUS RANCH
During our recent trip to Arkansas, my husband and I stopped at Burger King twice—once for lunch and again for a hearty breakfast. It was the perfect fast-food fix on the go! The Chicken Fries were a standout—super tender, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor. They hit the spot after a morning of exploring, and the portion was generous enough to share. For breakfast, I went with the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant paired with their cheesy tater tots. Everything came out piping hot and fresh—melty cheese, fluffy eggs, and a buttery croissant that tied it all together. The tater tots were a fun, indulgent side that added the perfect crunch. Service was quick and friendly at both visits, and the drive-thru made it easy to grab and go. Nothing fancy, but reliably good for a chain meal on the road. We’d swing by again next time we’re passing through Arkansas!

I ordered mobile and ran inside to use the restroom ( which was clean) and asked for my order inside. It was a long process – I should have went back outside and picked it up. It was a long wait- but my meal was delicious. The bun was so soft and tomato and lettuce fresh.
The service lacked total friendliness. Hopefully it was just a bad day Because the food was worth the stop.

I’m glad they have a value menu! Their 2 for $5 and 3 for $7 is almost unbelievable! 3 bacon cheeseburgers for $7!!! Quick drive thru. I did not eat inside but, I did notice they are open late… Even, inside! (Whopper Jr. is on the value menu, too. [I just prefer a bacon cheeseburger])

We stopped here because we were hungry and because we were waiting on someone that was coming from Fayetteville. It’s fast food so don’t be expecting anything but! The food was good because I haven’t had Burger King in a while so my whopper and onion rings hit the spot.

I love their app. I can order in the store for credit if I want and just give a code for points. I just got the impossible whopper for free with points. It is an awesome buger. My wife ordered a burger off the menu and we both got full for less than $5.00. They also have a $5. and $7. meal deal which are also great. Only complaint they charge a quarter for water. The staff were pleasant also.

I don’t ever buy food here because it makes me sick, but wanted to get a soda before I got on the interstate. I got a large Dr. Pepper and they charged $4.09….. Outrageous.. I couldn’t even drink it because it tasted like a bunch of sodas mixed together and they didn’t give me my receipt..

My second try here was nearly identical to my first visit. I thought that the first time was possibly a bad day for them, but it appears that it is not the case. It looks like it’s a chronic scenario.
Wait times are awful. Both to order and to receive your food. For this visit it was 38 minutes from walking in the door to getting my food. When I walked in, there were two people who had already ordered, and were waiting on food. There was no one in front of me waiting to order. There is one lady who is talking the orders, bagging the food, making drinks for the drive-thru, and boxing fries. There is a single “cook” and there was what looked like a manager that eventually came and took my order after at least 20 minutes of waiting. During a good majority of the wait, therr was no one at the counter, it was empty. They need to DOUBLE their staff.
The interior could use a refresh and is not the cleanest. I’m sure they don’t have time to clean when they can barely get food out.

I came from Tucson AZ, and I’ve got to say they have declined in good service in the last two years. But I ordered lt mustard, Lt Mayo, no ketchup, no onions and extra pickles and I got exactly what I asked for in Alma Burger King. I will definitely refer you to friends and family!

Ordered on mobile app and waited 10 minutes to leave the house, when I got there I had to wait at the window for 8 minutes for them to make the food, the sign on the window even says skip the line, there wasn’t even a line so not sure what the problem was.Then they didn’t even get our order correct or include everything we ordered, I was supposed to get a frozen wild cherry drink for my granddaughter’s kids meal and a medium one for my son but only received one, not sure which one it is but of course it is going to the grandbaby and I would have said something when they handed me the drinks but I didn’t know my son ordered one too until I got home and double checked the app and I requested no ketchup on my Whopper but it has ketchup on it, and there was supposed to be a soft serve cup with the kids meal that we did not get. I remember why we quit coming here.
