went to the drive-thru here and a typical fast food place that was apparently off that day. after I spent almost $50 for three adults and two children to eat. our fries were cold. my onion rings were soggy. didn’t receive the sauce I asked for and even one of the buns were a bit stale. and clearly we were on a road trip. got this in the Drive-Thru and didn’t discover all of these items until we were well down the road. so here is the revenge you get two stars.

They were on top of everything and gave great service. Food was excellent. We really got a kick out of the order screen that was broken, but resembled a great white shark! Picture posted for reference!

Asked for no salt on my fries they were absolutely covered in salt. Food was so greasy and cold, tables were nasty, crowns laying all over the floor, trash in the floor, horrible smell, bathroom smelled like a locker room, and drinks were watered down. Not to mention the language and horsing around very unprofessional the 1 saving grace was the shorter curly haired woman she was an absolute sweetheart. Z-

Stopped in yesterday on my way home. Ordered the half pounder with cheese. Heavy mayo. No ketchup or mustard. All the veggies. With onion rings. Also asked for onion ring sauce. I get home and have no sauce. The burger was tiny. Literally fit in the palm of my hand. Had no mayo on it. It had ketchup. And had zero vegetables as well. Worst burger ever! Almost every time I go to BK they screw up the order!
