I’ve been to many fast food places. And I’ve got to say, The nostalgia inside this place will make anyone feel welcomed. When I seen an older lady taking my order, I knew there was no failing this one. It’s like telling grandma what you want to eat, she took her time to make sure my order was perfect. The kitchen wasn’t loud like many places, order was strategically put together incorrect, in a timely fashion. The dining area was clean, not to mention it was so comfortable, and low lighting, quiet. Thank God they didn’t sell out like MD and strip the classy touch of dining out. 10/10 recommend. But they really need the ketchup dispenser with the paper cups.

The food was ice cold despite selecting the “fresh off the grill” option while mobile ordering. I thought it was suspicious my order was practically instantly ready despite me ordering in the parking lot and immediately going inside. Only enough time passed for them to take 1 order and it was already ready behind the counter. I get into my vehicle and of course my burgers and fries for that matter are ice cold. The cashier seemed annoyed or just in a bad mood. It’s not like I said anything that would warrant that. I just said I was waiting for a mobile order when asked if “I needed anything.” Pretty horrible experience even by fast food standards. I used to like Burger King but I’d just recommend going to McDonalds…or anywhere else for that matter.

Be my friend ordered our food I got soggy onion rings, my friend actually had to go up there and get his food because he didn’t call him up. Then his chicken sandwich was rubbery and edible, they forgot the bacon on the burger, and they drowned in mayonnaise.
Then after that, my friend ordered an additional sandwich because he couldn’t eat the chicken sandwich. They proceeded to put it in a pan set it aside and still not give it to him, all the way up until he had to go up there and get it himself again.
I am usually very forgiving of fast food restaurants as I get that it’s not a very easy job, dealing with customers is never fun, but if my manager witnessed me giving customer service to the degree that we experienced this place I would have been chewed out for hours.
I highly recommend just going the extra 5 ft going to McDonald’s.

Had to wait a minute to order when there were not busy at all. Wasn’t told they were out of tomatoes until paying. The chicken sandwich I ordered was put together with not a care in the world. Giant chunks of iceberg core (that didn’t even make it into the sandwich) and sloppy sauce.

The food was decent, but the female manager was hateful. I sat at a table with no plug-in for my phone and then moved to another location with a plugin. However, the manager came by and said she had closed off that area for cleaning (“SIR, SIR, this area is closed”). I said that the floor was clean and dry at this point, and she said it was closed off, period. This was at 5:00 p.m. several hours before close, and that’s very rude guest service to think that it’s more important to have your cleaning done than to allow a guest to be able to use an outlet and charge their phone. Hopefully, the franchise owner will see this and make proper adjustments in attitude and guest service.

I always hit the drive thru but the food is always hot and fresh. Staff is always personable. Dining area appears to be lacking atmosphere like so many fast food franchises are these days. A great place to grab so hot, fresh food, served by a pleasant person.

The tacos are finally back and my inner fat girl is in love lol. They remind me of another fast food restaurant that is famous for their tacos (NOT Taco Bell). Since there is none of the other restaurants anywhere near me, I was thrilled when these were back on the menu. The onion rings are so good as well. My favorite burger on their menu is the Rodeo Burger.
