Staff here was friendly but I just wasn’t a fan of the food. I ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer. They tasted oily and the beer cheese that came with them as the dipping sauce didn’t even taste like beer cheese. I also got a bacon cheeseburger with steak fries. Burger was okay. Bacon on the burger had a lot of fat but the Steak fires were good. Overall probably wouldn’t go back. Not worth the price.

I haven’t been to Red Robins in a while. We went to West Farms and decided to stop in for lunch. The wait was not too long. The food was overall good, The new jalapeños burger was really good, but not hot at all. The service was slow, and the drinks were not good at all, sour mix with a nasty flavor. The wings were good, and the dessert was yummy.
The waitress apologized for the service. It was packed, so we gave her some grace, and she did her best.

I havent been to Red Robin in over 3 years. My family and I decided to give them a try since today since its been so long. I left beyond disappointed. We were seated and waited over 15 minutes. A waitress that was not assigned to our section stated she saw us sitting and not being tended to. She stated that she spoke with her manager to determine who is assigned to our table. She took our drink order. We waited another 10 minutes or so. Still no waitress and no drinks. The 3 other parties that were seated after us were being tended to. We decided to leave. Before we left I spoke to the manager and let her know that we were sitting for a very long time without a waitress. She asked me to show her which table we were occupying and I showed her. I told her that we were leaving and she called one of the waitresses to the back and stated someone is going to be fired today. We left and went to the closest Olive Garden where we were seated and tended to within two minutes.

Not impressed with this place at all. They seated us in the bar area when the rest of the restaurant wasn’t even full. The food was mediocre at best. And no sense getting endless fries because by the time they come and ask you if you want anything else you’ve already been sitting there finished with your food for 20 minutes. My opinion is find another burger joint.

We decided we wanted a burger so we went to Red Robin. We’ve been a few times previously, and always found the burgers tasty. This trip was no different.
I had the Madlove burger and my honey had the Whisky BBQ burger. Both were spot on perfect. The garlic fries, also amazing, as expected.
The only real negative was they appeared very understaffed. We had Herb for our server, and he was great.. but he literally appeared to have most of the floor himself. He was running and doing his best, but seriously, get the guy some help. We have had him a few other times, and he is probably one of the friendliest servers we have had anywhere. It took a good 10 minutes to get drinks, but again, he was running the whole time. I still tipped the dude well, it just doesn’t seem fair to him not to.
The screaming kids in the corner booth was a bit of a downer, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

Red Robin has great food and an inviting atmosphere … love their bottomless fries! Their gourmet burgers are amazing! Some of the meals have high calorie counts, but there are a bunch of healthier items on the menu, too.

I went for the first time last Friday, it was pretty good to me, I enjoyed the food and waitress was Emma, staff and manager illiana gave a spectacular first experience even a issue I had was delt with respect and maturity. I will be back to try something else on their menu another day. I’m greedy so burger could of been bigger juicier, it was sufficient tho.

Went here for lunch. They were busy, being that it was President’s Day and many kids are off school. Regardless, service was great! Lily was super attentive. Our order was correct and delicious. I just wish my garlic fries had more garlic. Only a few of them were “wet”. The burgers were juicy and flavorful though. The signs next to our table were super dusty, and even had cobwebs We really hoped the kitchen is cleaner.

The red Robin gourmet burger and garlic fries were delicious, and the oreo milkshake was creamy. Our server Cyani was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back to dine here.
