Great chicken fajitas and margarita! We had excellent service as well. Also loved the atmosphere, including a mural inside from a local tattoo artist.

Our waiter was a little inexperienced. He should have recommended the pork chili to pour over any dish. It’s sooooo good.

Very good chips and salsa!! Very good fried tacos! Ask for the taco sauce. I wanted to drink the bottle it was THAT good! Crispy rellenos not so crispy but very good! Service was awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable! Their pepper jack spring rolls are to die for!! I’m very picky about Mexican food because it’s hard to find it that I like but This place is a for sure “go to” when passing through again.

As an honest reviewer I would like to say I got up from my table and left after seeing a roach crawl out from behind a picture frame. As a ASM and food handlers license holder I am mandated to report these things.

La Cocina has been our go-to restaurant for over 20 years. We don’t eat there out of some sense of nostalgia. We find ourselves there often because they consistently serve up the best food each and every time, with friendly service in a comfortable setting.

We haven’t had spicy Mexican food for a while. I have been hesitant to try new places because I am always disappointed. Their food had great spice and flavor. We were very happy with the food. They nailed the steak, it wasn’t over cooked at all. Too bad it’s a 5 hour drive for us.

Had the shrimp street tacos. All the food was tasty. Got the best service from Abby. Had their tacos at Tacos Fest and had to come in and try it out. The carne asada fries alone is 5stars.

I’d say it’s an American Mexican cuisine, ground beef, and flour tortillas but great flavor. The staff is very friendly atmosphere clean and nice.

I moved to Casper recently, and have been trying to find my go to place for good Mexican food. I thought this would be the place based on a recommendation but I’m not sure yet. I ordered the smothered beef burritos, with the green chili pork sauce. It didn’t come “smothered” in anything except lettuce and tomatoes. The sauce was red, NOT the green chili pork sauce I wanted, and it wasn’t “smothered” on top of the burritos at all, it was kind of squished in between them, there wasn’t much of it, and one burrito had non at all on it. I got the order to go and didn’t realize they had completely got it wrong until I got home. Disappointing to say the least. I will say this though, I *might* try again because even as much as they screwed up, its still better than the other places I’ve tried in Casper so far. Just wish I didn’t have to go back a 2nd time just to try the thing I ordered and didn’t get the first time.
