The worse drive thru in Harrison, you spend 30 mins in line. The doors are always randomly locked. 2 cars ahead of you and takes 45 mins to get your order.

It’s a fast food place, so you can’t expect much, but when we arrived, there was only one ahead of us in the drive-through, and it took 20 minutes to order or get our food. The woman who took our order was very curt and rude, rushing us. But as I said, it’s fast food, can’t expect much.

I would say the person who is on headset taking orders needs to be better trained in common courtesy. Do not rush your customs taking orders or talk back. We are trying to make sure we ordered right and not missing anything. Unless the customer is cussing at you or treating you horrible. I understand but I was to order and was super nice and she kept cutting me off and rushing me.

Okay I have to start by saying this Burger King has came along way from just a few years ago. I’m so excited with how much they are on their game now. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The food is always fresh! They make sure you have napkins and ask if you need anything else when they hand you your food… with a big smile. I stopped going to this burger king several years ago bc it wasn’t good at all. BUT now it is TOTALLY different! Please take a chance and try this BK… I don’t think you will regret it!!
