This location doesn’t have their priorities in order. I don’t recommend. Waited way too long for the guy to come bring us our food along with other cars. They couldn’t remember which car they already asked. The guys pants were sagging past his butt. We won’t be back.

I pulled up to this establishment and the gentleman was patient and soft spoken. Cool. Then, after I paid for my food, he tells me to pull around to the front………………….where there was already 6 cars waiting for their food!!! 4 more cars pulled into the parking area to wait on their food. After 10 minutes, I decided to go in to ask for a refund. The cashier, who was prepping food had my food in his hand so I decided to go ahead and take my food since it was finally ready. I got home and my Bacon King had no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no nothing! It was just 2 Patties and bacon jammed between 2 buns. I told the cashier, ‘y’all are eating up the dam food that’s why there’s nothing for the customers.’

Went in to pick up an order employees had pants sagging and underwear showing and they took their time getting the order ready.The employee making sandwiches didn’t wear gloves that’s nasty.There was also employees outback smoking and going in and not washing their hands before handling food and still no gloves. I really think the owner needs to fire the crew and hire new crew with people that actually work and dress appropriately and follow all safety measures.I hold my managers Serv Safe Certification and what I saw that location would fail big time.

I’ll make this short and simple since they can’t get the simplest things right… I ordered 4 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. None of them spicy. All of them have stickers that say spicy on them. Again none of them are spicy. This is the second time this has happened.

Wouldn’t even give one if I had a choice. Went there ordered impossible whopper combo in the drive thru. They have you pull around every time you go there. Waited for 30 minutes still no order. Watched the workers inside sweeping and picking up trash. Got tired of waiting so I went inside to check. The same guy doing trash was making the burger. I flipped out. Why was he sweeping and not back there making the burger? Got home and had no fries, just a whopper with cheese and the coke by then was watered-down. Please go a little farther down the road to Cabot store please. They never pull me around to the front. They should just close the one in Jacksonville.

I ordered 2 sweet teas and got 2 Cokes. I also ordered a milkshake and just simply didn’t receive it. I also didn’t receive any of the sauces I requested. Every restaurant in this city is awful. Fries are also ICE COLD.

Inside is closed so don’t walk to it thinking you can go in to place an order. The guy at the drive thru window will just look at you like walk thru the drive thru….. so I walk over to wing stop and got our family a meal not to mention there doing construction on the road so there’s no sidewalk and full of mud after the storm. So sick of ppl not haven’t good customer service
