Came at 10 and was told by a very unpleasant looking employee that they close at 10 while the app and everywhere else says at 11 but after I recived my food and drinks she had given me my sprite but it was clear they needed to swap out the syrup so it was just carbonated water. but she clearly didn’t care I’ve had bad experiences with workers previously and already didn’t enjoy eating at this Burger King location but I think for sure now I will not be eating here. Very disappointed by a restaurant I’ve loved in the past

Ordered some lunch today. The burger didnt have any of the mustard or ketchup that was requested. The spicy chicken wraps weren’t even wrapped. I understand the need to get things out quickly but maybe just a little more care and consideration while putting together orders. Yeah. Yall working there only make so much and dont care about the job you do but the customers who spend money would like a little more care put in to their orders.

Grabbed a whopper today. 3-4-26..I guess they changed the Buns and the meat. Bun looked and felt like plastic , the meat tasted like a Hardys burger which I think are disgusting. You can straight tale that meat is fake, one way or another. My whopper was gross. It didn’t taste like the flame broiled whoppers I like and the bread didn’t even fall apart. Ordered 2 whopper combos with cheese, 1 with fries 1 with onion rings, 1 sweet tea 1 de pepper no ice – wilted soggy lettuce, sour tomato, soggy slimy onions on both whoppers and the buns were dry and crumbly, like they had been frozen and thawed about 2 or 3 times, forgot to put the fries in the bag, so we had to pull back around and ask for them, onion rings we were soggy and no crispy texture period, they were out of sweet tea and the 2 dr Pepper’s tasted like cleaning solution BUT they got the no ice request correct and we know they at least dump cleaner on the fountain machine.
The lady running the drive thru was not a very polite person, if you don’t like your job and make it an unappetizing visit for the customers then go work somewhere else.

With out a doubt, Miss Kerri is by far and away the greatest asset this particular location as known in quite sometime. There are too many nice things to say about our experience there, only thing to say is go when she’s there and say hi. Well known for her banter and welcoming attitude. Keep up the good work and hire based on her personality.

Y’all need to be doing a boil-out once a week my onion rings and bacon tater tot things taste like nothing but old oil. I had to wait about 20 minutes as well. The woman was super sweet though! Hire her some help that’ll actually help! And tell your manager or whoever was screaming at a young gentleman behind your establishment to maybe not do that. It looks bad. My burger is ice cold. I was eating here with my daughter at lunch today, when a lady and a guy walked in with a dog. The manager told her she couldn’t have the dog inside. The lady said its a service dog would you like to see papers? The manager said the dog has to have a vest to be a service animal( which is not true). He needs to be informed of what the true ADA laws are before he gets himself and your company in a load of trouble.

The older store manager or shift leader male was Foul. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, I asked for just a second, and he physically sighed so hard before turning off the speaker. When I get to the second window to pay I see that he has over 10 sandwiches premade and wrapped up. My food is handed to me before I pay. I asked for salsa it was just the worse thing for him. I was given no receipt.
My husband and my food was clearly made well before our order was taken.
Literally looks like he balled up both sandwiches. I would rather not get napkins, then get two crumpled up into a ball placed on top of my stuff. Burger King is never our top five choices but over the past month I have found myself going twice now and both times this man has ruined my experience

I have ordered from here 2x via delivery, and might I add that I was very disappointed with the supposedly deluxe chicken meal! What I got and what was advertised was 2 totally different chicken sandwiches mine’s was a joke,tiny breast witch I had to remove the bun to see it,also it was drowning in mayo!my onion rings were not fresh and crispy as usual, I did complain about it, and I was refunded for the meal! The second time I ordered a build your own meal, and was highly disappointed with the meal,the advertisement showed a big juicy double cheeseburger,but what I received was the total opposite,a tiny burger so small I could barely see the meat and it was drowning in ketchup,& my nuggets had been under the heat lamp for too long! I complained about it and received a $5 discount for my next order, but I’m scared to order from them again, but I must say that my whopper was and always is big and beautiful and delicious, and it’s my favorite fast food burger of all time‼️ I forgot to mention that I ordered a cup of ice cream and only got a half of cup

The food always seems old, my tomato was way beyond saving. I do like the fries. And please get rid of the wilted lettuce.
