If there are no cars in the drive thru and only one patron in the store, why does it take 15 minutes to make 3 Spiderverse whopper combos and one eight piece nugget? Also, why is the food luke warm after waiting 15 minutes? If I hadn’t paid already and received my drinks before they asked me to pull forward, I would have canceled my drive thru order and left. The best part…I had to go inside because they didn’t give me my nuggets or ketchup. When I get inside part of the staff is hanging out near the restrooms engaged in private conversations; the others were working.

The burger king on Ruth street in sulphur is good . There for a while that place was terrible . But they got a crew that does a lot better than the other crew that was there. Keep up the good job.

The lady at the drive thru took our order then had us pull up to the second window took our payment and pulled us up when there was no one there then she came out and asked what our order was and began tell her but she rudely cut me off and said here then threw the bag at me and the fries dumped everywhere in the bag then when I got home I realized the food order was all wrong I give this place 0 stars and don’t recommend anyone going there if this is how they treat their customers

This use to be my favorite fast food joint but now they can’t even seem to get an order correct. Crazy part is that the last 3 times I went we used the drive thru window and they wouldn’t take the next order till the one before had been filled. Not only that I was asked to pull up and wait all 3 times and food still wasn’t hot when we got it. How can you take an order 1 at a time, make me pull around, and still fail to get the order right and/or fresh to the customer? Doubtful I’ll be back.

Came here at 8:10pm just to find out that they locked their doors, despite the fact that they are supposed to close at 10pm. Checked online and on all signage and it says 10pm. Knocked on the door and they looked over at us but never came over.
