Was put on hold at order window menu for at least 10 mins. When I got to the pickup window to pay and get food. The lady was chatting on the phone with someone the entire time, still trying to take orders. Then I was asked to pull up behind another vehicle and wait for the food. Both Dr. Pepper drinks tasted horrible like the machine was out. Exchanged them for cokes. Order ended up being wrong. One sandwich had extra items I did not order one them like 2 meat patties and bacon. Definitely was not a fast food experience.

Service was quick. Burger was very good. My fries were not fresh well the 6 that were in my bag. I thought some must have fallen into the bottom of the bag…. .looked…..none there.

Did a door dash order got a regular coke instead of Diet Coke then they also didn’t have the Oreo shake I ordered so instead they gave a large coke which again I only drink Diet Coke. Onion rings were not cooked and food just tasted like it had been sitting out for a while will not get food here again I have given it 5 different chances and every time am dissatisfied I won’t be here again.

There is no one here. It is not a 24 hour spot. I have tried three different times to eat after 10 pm and have NEVER been able to. The facility is beautiful to look at but when you advertise that you are open when you are not and I caught a cab to get here…$12 here and $12 back to eat nothing…it is unacceptable! Either the manager is not doing the hours or the owner believes A WORKER IS PRESENT… when THEY ARE not. One or the other.

This establishment is trash. I was the only one in line, I did have 6 meals to order though so a sizeable order. They didn’t provide a receipt and forgot a sandwich. I live 25 minutes away, came back to retrieve the forgotten sandwich and had to wait to get it and wasn’t offered any concessions. Not to mention the sandwiches were all cold, just don’t waste your time here. I like bk too

They helped us out around 12am through the drive through window while we were on foot and they were not supposed to because it was agents policy rules but they really helped us out because we were starving and I really appreciated it

They’re not 24hrs on the weekends. I mean they are, but the workers pretend like they’re not. And if you’re not happy to take my money I know the food will be garbage anyway. Just go to whataburger.
