Worst experience ever. I sat in the drive thru for only 5 minutes which is fine. I would wait 15 minutes even if my food was hit and fresh. After the 5 minutes waiting in line they ask me to pull forward where I sat for another 10. Decided to go inside to see how my order was coming. It had been sitting on the counter the whole time! I got my order and I live less then 3 minutes from here. I tried one of my onion rings cold. And I mean cold. I’d eat them if they were warm but these were ice. I then tossed them back into my bag and opened one of my burgers. As you can see in the picture, it was shriveled and burnt so bad, and it was hard as a rock. Tried calling (they had no line when I left) and no answer. Waited 30 minutes and called again. No answer. I don’t like giving bad reviews but u feel like this was well earned.

Attention delivery drivers. Do not pick up from this location unless you want your whole day to come to a complete halt. Went on back-to-back days to pick up an order. Different staff on each day. Same result over 20 minute wait. 2nd time day, I didn’t even get the food, I just gave up after 20 minutes. Good luck with this one.

Stop by during my lunch hour from work and this store only had three employees in it. This is during the last part of the lunch rush and I’m willing to bet that during the lunch rush they didn’t have any more employees than that on duty. When I say it’s been a long time since I went to a Burger King in Lincoln anyways that had that level of service and quality and speed and no disrespect never with only three people. I didn’t catch the names of the other two people working but they had one person in the kitchen one in drive and Yvette was literally running between all three stations and getting everything done in a timely and professional manner. I don’t know what issues the Burger King franchise in Lincoln is having right now that has definitely affected their service but I can tell you right now it’s not the employees at that store. Keep up the good work and whoever the manager of that store is definitely needs to look at a few of his employees and make sure that they’re shown that they are appreciated there.

Seems to always be understaffed and employees look exhausted in their eyes but the service is some of the best I’ve gotten everything I’ve went over the last couple years. Every time I’ve went everyone was polite and professional. Let me know it may be a moment but then surprise me by bringing my food quick. Only a single order messed up in two years to my memory and we order from this place once a month on average due to coupons we get.

I bought a hamburger. This is what I had recieved. Took one bite and realized they had forgotten something. Have to think it was done on purpose. I’ve been screwed one other time also at a different BK location when the employees were too lazy or “too busy” to bother telling me they were out of something that I ordered on the app. Not worth going to burger king ever again imo. McDonald’s isn’t great but they atleast aren’t snakey and you get what you order from the mobile app.

I went through the drive thru 4/24/23 @ 7:15am. I got two sausage, egg and cheese croissants. For $5.50 that is a good deal. The guy running the window was super courteous. By the time I drove to the window my order was ready.

I visited this store today after having the crappiest two weeks of my life with the worst in the past 24 hours. I’m broke and could only afford to get a small fry and the girl at the drive thru window saw me digging around in my purse for change said “don’t worry about it” and handed me the fries. The fries were piping hot and delicious. And my heart is so full right now as I sit here typing out this review, bawling my eyes out. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity!

Employees have horrible attitudes and it takes 10 minutes for someone to take your order in drive threw. And then the food is horribly presented and just thrown together. Unfortunately I have eaten here several times since I live in the area and the service is awful every time.
