Stopped in to get some food. The manager and two employees were talking. They looked at us and continued to talk. Never acknowledged us being at the counter. We were the only customers inside. After a few minutes, we left. The manager left behind us, she still never said a word.These are sad days.

We were staying at the DoubleTree next door with large trucks and trailers, so just walked over to BK for breakfast before hitting the road. Food was alright, but we (and others) waited outside by the lobby doors for 1/2 hour (after their posted opening hours) before finally going around and knocking on the drive-thru window to see if we could just order at the window. Thats when the guy said he would open the doors. Not a totally bad experience, just irritating that they can’t manage their mornings better, especially when it wasn’t busy.

The person at the window didn’t say a word to us, just grabbed our card and let the window slam. Then she handed us a drink that was leaking soda from the top, all over the sides, everywhere. It leaked down my boyfriends arm and all over his steering wheel as well. When we asked for napkins, she just handed us a bunch and said “sorry”. Thanks, I guess.

We apparently arrived at shift change. Lots of confusion in the kitchen and at the counter about our order, but they did get it right. The fries were hot and tasty, our sandwiches were warm with plenty of condiments. The dining room was clean and neat, no “atmosphere” to speak of, it’s a burger king!

If you want consistency this Burger King is it! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this one but I’ve never had a problem maybe that’s just me but that’s rare! I would definitely recommend 10/10

Do NOT come to this location! I ordered my food on the app at 7:56pm. I arrived at this location at 8:06pm. One car was ahead of me and the lot was empty. My turn comes at the speaker. They told me it will be just a second. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I’M STILL WAITING IN DRIVE THRU! At five minutes intervals, I say, “hello??” … nothing! I pull around to the window and kindly ask the lady for a refund. They said because I paid in app they can’t refund me and asked me to come inside and chat with the manager. So I did. The manager had a very nasty attitude and said… well we have your food right here. I said, I do not want it. I would like my money back please. She said you didn’t pay us, you paid the app so you have to email them. I said, wait… there needs to be some sort of compensation or customer service credit here… I been waiting… she said and I quote, “and … when you pulled up I told you it was going to be a minute”. I said, but it was FIFTEEN minutes!! She said… “and?? I was busy”. I am doing a chargeback to my Visa card and I will never use this location again. So disrespectful!
