Things seem to be looking up for Burger King at this location. One of the new Managers Adam, is awesome. Friendly, fast service ….I heard him make a lady another burger because the kitchen put Ketchup on it she didn’t want Ketchup. Had it made w a smile and didn’t charge her. Good job BK on new Management!

I just went through the Burger King drive-through on 36 and 370 in Bellevue Nebraska. First I had to wait for about eight minutes for someone to take my order through the drive-through. All she kept saying was hold on please wait for a minute. There was no cars in front of me and no cars in the parking lot so I’m not sure What was going on or why I was left sitting there for so long just waiting for my order to be taken. She finally takes my order and when I get up to the window she was rude she did not give me my receipt which I asked for and I ordered mozzarella sticks and she asked me if I wanted the 6 or the 8 piece and I said 8 piece and I only got 6 and they don’t even look good. I will never go through this Burger King ever again. But my biggest complaint was the girl that was working tonight. Because she may be part of the reason why it looked like this store had no business, but the Taco Bell and all the other fast food places around this Burger King was all busy.

They don’t care to do their job. Instead the screw with your food if you get customizations. Quit then! No one is forcing you to work at burger king. Either make the food right as you’re paid to do or get out. Ridiculous and then of course they have their phone disconnected or unpaid for so you can’t even call them out on their poor behavior.

Our burgers were soggy. Bathrooms need MAJOR help! Soda Fountain drinks were all WWAAYY too carbonated. Food tasted alright.. HOWEVER, As we were leaving we witnessed a male employee, I’m guessing manager, pull a burger out of the trash and gave it to a customer in the drive-thru. My husband and I spent the next hour to hour and a half feeling so disgusted and wondering if the food we ate was really safe.

Wish I could leave no stars. 12:45 lunch time zero people inside. 5 cars in drive waiting. After a ok wait of 3 mins guy comes up says going to be 5 to 10 mins even to take my order. I ask should I just leave? No reply and I left. As I was leaving a man was about to walk in and I informed him they got slammed don’t waist your time. I also must say when you are slammed and or complaining about it when nobody is even inside please don’t have 3 employees outside chatting and smoking I do believe that is kinda bad for business.

The dinning room was disgustingly dirty, all tables were dirty, a spill on the floor, the floor was dirty. Not one staff member was out in the dining room cleaning. It was so gross to see that staff didn’t care about the cleanliness for the guest.

just writing this for everyone to see. i understand this location understaffed but we waiting in line for 45 minutes only to see this, i called the store and the manager didn’t seem to care that there was bugs in their food. corporate stated they gave my information to the manager over a week ago and have not heard from them. $30 dollars for fast food the least you could do is make sure there is no critters crawling around. definitely a health code violation.
