Not amazing but not awful. Went through the drive through and the speaker was cutting out on and off, which made ordering harder.

But everything was in my order, food was fast food and met expectations. Chicken Italian sandwich and fries were a bit cold but okay.

Only big complaint was the lid wasn’t on the soda all the way so it spilled all over me when I tried to carry it in the house. I should of checked before I tried to pick it up.

Avoid at all costs. A couple months back, I attempted to have a family lunch/early dinner at this location. There was a guy in his late 20s that took my order (failed I should say). I ordered 4 Whooper Jr. meals. He says $60+. I asked “Are you sure? I ordered 4 Whooper Jr. meals”. He comes back with “NO, you orders 4x meal number 1”. I tried to explain I did not but he insisted that I did. He then threw his apron on the counter and say “OK, I should leave before I cuss you out”. Within 2 minutes, this guy brought the situation to almost a fistfight and that is happening in front of my wife and 2 kids. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. We did not set foot in any Burger King since then. There was another guy who looked like a shift lead or duty manager. Even he did not offer any apology. I left without buying anything. You lose $40 here, $50 there. You will not stay in business long, I guarantee you.

Waited 16 minutes before being helped at all and then watched them make 5 other orders before preparing mine. Total wait time 26 minutes. This location is the worst.

My last visit wasn’t great.
I ordered a whopper with cheese through the drive through and got this.

I would suggest getting extra lettuce as they don’t seem to add very much when you just order a regular Whopper.

I’ve also been there when the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I’ll update my rating the next time I come through.

just writing this for everyone to see. i understand this location understaffed but we waiting in line for 45 minutes only to see this, i called the store and the manager didn’t seem to care that there was bugs in their food. corporate stated they gave my information to the manager over a week ago and have not heard from them. $30 dollars for fast food the least you could do is make sure there is no critters crawling around. definitely a health code violation.

Came here on the way home because I figured I could grab a quick meal in less time than it would take me to cook at home. I was wrong. Ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 Fries, and a chicken nuggets. 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. The 2 Whoppers were supposed to be one no lettuce and tomatoes, one no onions and pickles. They read it back to me exactly correct. Twice. Once at the speaker, once at the window. After our almost half hour wait, we just checked to make sure everything was there. It was. Get home, and they’re both marked no onions and pickles. I was so frustrated I just ate mine, and dealt with it. My wife begins eating her’s (no onion and pickles), and discovers the onions and pickles.

So to sum up, long waits, messed up orders. Won’t be back.

Oh, I’d complain about this on the survey that they give you on the bottom of receipts, but I didn’t get a receipt either!

If I could give zero stars I would! We went through the drive thru, ordered our food and waited, only 4 cars were ahead of us after about 15 minutes 2 cars left the line, we waited another 15 minutes and decided to leave. I understand being busy but you were not busy at all! I understand now why people have told us to stay away from twin creek burger king!

This had to be the best experience I have had at this location. Even with the current power outtage and the chaos surrounding any restaurant that happens to be open. Nikki made sure our food was FRESH, hot, and made with love. I swear the whopper Jr. Looked like it should be on an ad, the fries were hot, crispy, perfectly seasoned and super fresh. Through the chaos she managed to stay kind and keep a smile and was super polite, making sure we had a good experience on our visit. The staff tonight was great as well. Nikki thank you for making a stressful night so pleasant, if she isn’t the manager she definitely should be!

Had a short wait but the guy was super communicative about everything and was very nice. He described what was on the menu for my husband when he wanted to get to know what was on a #7. They are definitely short staffed and the guy working the drive thru handled it like a champ. Food was good and I plan on coming back! I also would love to try the breakfast menu!
