Worst Burger King that I have ever been to! This was at 3:00 a.m., as I worked the night shift, and was on my break… but anyway! 1st, they had the breakfast menu up, but when I asked if they were serving breakfast, they said: “No, we are serving from the lunch and dinner menu…”So I asked if they could put the lunch and dinner menu up, and they said, “No, it is on a timer.” So I asked for the Bacon King value meal, and then they said,”we don’t have any bacon.” So I asked for the whopper value meal and then was charged $12.68… I mean, I know – inflation & all, but dang, that seems expensive! Well, I had asked for iced tea, and they gave me some fruit punch drink…so I asked for a coke and was given a coke that didn’t have any ice and was flat! Also, they gave me a double whopper, which was broken and falling apart on me while I was eating it! The only thing decent was the fries! Needless to say, I am never going back there again!

When we arrived the cashier, who was polite, was standing barely outside the door smoking, which was way too close, but I didn’t think much about it. After she came back in we ordered our food and paid, and she went back to the same location for another cigarette. This happened a good four times while we were there, just long enough to eat a burger. But that’s not the worst part. After ordering, and paying for the food, I went to the restroom. When I closed the nasty sticky door and looked around this very neglected room I wished I had used it first, because I would have left without ordering anything. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Everything on the door, the handle the door, and the door jamb were all like half set glue. When I turned to look at the restroom I could see that it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The toilet was dirty, and the urinal had toilet paper and something else in it that looked like it was there for days. All in all, the food was good, I had already paid so I wasn’t going to leave without it, but I was worried about the sanitary conditions of the other parts of the place.

Ordered on the app, and my food was accurate when I finally got it. Slow at noon on a weekday, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Half full container of soggy fries, but the burger was good. Outside of the restaurant appears to be rotten, with boards falling off! Not a great location.

On 5-6-23, we went through the drive-through between 11:30 and midnight. When we got home and ready to eat, we were missing part of our order. I called and the lady I talked to said she had a copy of our receipt and put my name on it, to come in anytime and tell them my name to get our missing items. We tried to do this and they will not replace. So I paid them money and received nothing for it. I will not go back.

Have been coming to this burger the whole month and haven’t been able to get any type of food. They always have an excuse. Today at 6 pm the person who was operating the drive thru told me the system was down and he couldn’t do anything about it ”period “ very disrespectful and rude the way he spoke to me. Had to go to the Wendy’s across the street each time. I don’t understand if it is you guys don’t want to serve people or you guys are just giving the business to the Wendy’s across the street.

Good food and nice employees. However, they need to hire more staff. There were TWO employees at noon. The employee was scrambling between the drive through and preparing food. He was a sweet dude. Man doesn’t deserve the stress.

Pulled into the drive-thru around 1:30am midweek. There was a couple cars in front of me still made it thru the line pretty quick. Once home the food was fresh and seemed made to order.

Went to stop by around 9pm (about 8:53pm) and door sign clearly states till 10pm for lobby, with 24 hour drive through. There was a older couple eating inside and the door was locked. Did not want my business will not receive business.

I’m offended by being called boss by a person color. This isn’t the South and I don’t have those beliefs and it was unnecessary to have an attitude towards me we were both simply trying to provide a service, this is the fastest burger King I have ever visited as a delivery driver but it has the worst customer service ethics. Don’t stereotype people off of their race because i don’t stereotype you off of yours.
